Instead, Murr believes that people will reach out when they need something, and Dun-Rite vows to only give them what they need rather than inflating services for a profit. Serial findings of roof damage by out-of-state or fly-by-night companies hurt the consumers, according to Murr, and can even raise their insurance premiums after the filing of an unnecessary claim.

Dun-Rite is able to provide an honest assessment of work that needs to be done, and at no charge. Dun-Rite, uniquely, does not require any upfront deposits to begin work on a roof. Dun-Rite is also happy to deliver sample books to a customer’s site of choice.
