United Ford has been doing business in the Tulsa metro for 50 years and is the largest Ford parts distribution center in Oklahoma and one of the largest in the United States. They have been at their current location for 17 years.
The success of the company is explained by general manager Rusty Magiera this way, “It’s a business of relationships, and our inventory speaks for itself.” United Ford, which is owned by the Penske Automotive Group, sells Ford parts directly to the public in all 50 states and internationally. United Ford receives about 1,800 orders for parts a day. The warehouse can handle up to 4,000 deliveries a day. Most parts come with a warranty of two years, and some parts have longer warranties.
Magiera is proud of the fact that the average tenure of employees at United Ford is 23 years, and one employee has been with the company for 40 years.
Rhonda Henley has been with the company for almost four years and has worked in the auto parts industry for the past 29 years. She started in Grove as an auto parts delivery driver and worked her way up to become a parts manager. With her friendly personality, Rhonda brings a career of experience assisting customers with the parts they need. Rhonda says she plans to stay with United Ford for years to come. “We have parts as far back as 1980.”
Special orders may take between one to three days. “We ship nationwide and overseas if needed,” Rhonda said.
She said Omnicraft parts are another brand of replacement parts available to their customers.
“Our employees are empowered to take care of the customer,” Magiera said.
