The fourth annual Broken Arrow Wine Walk will be held Thursday, Dec. 5, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Join the Broken Arrow Chamber of Commerce for its fourth annual Broken Arrow Wine Walk Thursday, Dec. 5, starting at 6 p.m. Festivities will wrap up around 9 p.m.

The walk, which features nine wine stops and five food stops, gives attendees the chance to stroll up and down the beautiful downtown Rose District and taste everything it has to offer. For only $35 a ticket, each person will receive a passport listing the restaurants and shops participating in the event. Each location will have the choice of a red or white wine to sample. Participating restaurants will also serve small bites to sample along the way. Find a wine you love and wonder where you can find it? The chamber has made a list of the wines along with local retailers who sell the wine.

“It’s a perfect way to knock out your holiday shopping list while having fun and sampling some delicious wines and great food in Broken Arrow’s historic arts and entertainment district,” says Alex Risenhoover of the Broken Arrow Chamber.

In addition to tempting your taste buds, swag bags will be handed out at Breathe Modern Dentistry. There just may be a winning Buy Broken Arrow ticket in your bag as well, not to mention coupons and goodies from local retailers.

Santa will be at The Museum Broken Arrow to greet all those in attendance, so you can snap a picture with him to use it on your next Christmas card and tell him how good you’ve been this year.

Adding to the fun will be a photo booth for those festive group pictures.

The key sponsor is Star Jewelers (one of the many wine stops) and wine and food stops also include 1907, The Museum Broken Arrow, Plum Wild (located in the Toast Restaurant), Ali Bali Boutique, Simplicity, Pinot’s Palette, Stone Creek Spa and Salon, Nouveau Chocolates, the Main Street Tavern, Franklins, Toast, Andolinis, Scoops and Rolls Creamery, and Laurannae Baking Co.

“This is one of our top events of the year,” says Alex, who adds that wine and food sampling are only a part of what makes this event a big hit. “People love coming with their friends and trying new wines and cuisine. This event really gets those who attend in the festive spirit.”

Only 500 tickets are available for this event, so get yours now by visiting the Broken Arrow Chamber of Commerce’s Facebook page or by going directly to their website at bachamber.com.
