Spring is in bloom. It’s time to load the kids in the backseat and head to the Claremore Home & Garden Show. The annual show is produced by Visit Claremore and Rogers County Builders Association, Roger’s County greatest recourse for the home building and remodeling industry for 46 years. The event will be held March 24-26 at Roger’s County’s largest event venue, Claremore Expo Center, featuring 90,000 square feet of wall-to-wall home ideas, products, and knowledgeable, local experts. A wide variety of exhibitors will be available in areas such as flooring, roofing, home construction, home mortgages, storm shelters, gardening and more.
Partnering with the show to enhance guests’ gardening knowledge, the Master Gardeners will offer several seminars on a variety of topics. Topics include: “Kitchen Herb Gardens; Colorful Container Gardening; and Starting a Vegetable Garden”. All popular topics and seminar schedules can be found online.
“Our partnership with the Rogers County Master Gardeners is great for the show, and more importantly great for show goers,” said Tanya Andrews, director of Visit Claremore. “Their expertise and knowledge extends well past flowers, and they serve as such an enormous resource for all of Rogers County.”
New this year, the Master Gardeners will host their plant sale during the show. Set in the indoor arena, they will offer fan favorite flowers, plants and shrubs for sale.
