Each participant will receive a tech shirt with their entry, as well as a great custom finisher medal that features the Golden Driller. This race is known for its small size and friendly nature, as well as great post-race food and beer for those 21 and over. This is a great smaller marathon or half for those who want to avoid the crush of giant big city races.

The course is flat and fast, with the exception of one hill that appears on the marathon course. All other courses are flat. On-site parking at the start/finish is available.

The start/finish area is located very close to downtown Tulsa (within 3 miles) and many downtown hotels.

All courses are USATF certified and the marathon is a Boston qualifier.

The God of Carnage

May 06 - May 14, 2022

Liddy Doenges Theatre

Winner of the Tony Award for Best Play, The God of Carnage (originally in French Le Dieu du carnage) relates an evening in the lives of two couples, residents of a Brooklyn neighborhood, who meet to discuss a playground incident. Alan and Annette’s son hit Michael and Veronica’s son in the face with a stick, resulting in two broken teeth.

June 14 - June 19, 2022

Chapman Music Hall

“How is it that the coolest new show on Broadway is a 1943 musical?” says The New York Times. This is OKLAHOMA! as you’ve never seen or heard it before—reimagined for the 21st century, and now the Tony Award winner for Best Revival of a Musical. Funny and sexy, dark and jolting, this acclaimed production of OKLAHOMA! “lets us experience Rodgers and Hammerstein’s greatness anew.” (The New Yorker).

Stripped down to reveal the darker psychological truths at its core, Daniel Fish’s production tells a story of a community circling its wagons against an outsider and the frontier life that shaped America. Upending the sunny romance of a farmer and a cowpoke, this OKLAHOMA! allows the classic musical – and our country – to be seen in a whole new light.

“This production shocked me and moved me,” raves Frank Rich of New York Magazine. “This is OKLAHOMA! that was there all along.” “The Daily Beast raves “Forget your traditional idea of Oklahoma! Daniel Fish’s daring, brilliant, utterly absorbing re-interpretation is dark and different—brilliantly so.”
