Service Manager Cliff Kroger assures that his team of professionals provide the finest customer service experience possible.

September 2017: Cliff Koger grew up in Moore, Oklahoma, and worked at his Dad’s Shamrock Station when he was just a kid. “My brother and I pumped gas, replaced wipers and even turned a few wrenches as far back as I can remember,” said Cliff.  At age 16, he was working for a Chevy dealer in Moore and he has been on the management side of the automotive business for 30 years.  An opportunity at a local dealer brought him to northeastern Oklahoma in 1995, and he and his wife have made Tulsa their home ever since. He became Service Manager of South Pointe Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram this past July, and he looks forward to greeting you when you bring your vehicle in for service or maintenance. When he’s not at work, Cliff enjoys off-road adventures in his side-by-side utility vehicle.  

Service Techs receive mandatory, ongoing training each year to maintain or advance their classification status.  South Pointe boasts seven Master Technicians and is proud of their 20-man tech team.
Cliff has added several new faces to his service advisor team, one of whom had already worked for him elsewhere.  “Our six service advisors are our front line and the first to make an impression on every customer when they enter our driveway,” said Cliff.  “That initial meeting often sets the stage for a trusting, long-lasting relationship.  “We also have a great base of 20 service technicians (pictured above) and the finest tools and software available.”  Customers can call their service advisor for status information, plus the technician’s notes on progress made.  The advisor never has to leave his or her station to get answers.  “I feel our experienced and professional Team and equipment truly sets us apart from others.”

Service Advisors Frank Bernade, Samara Edwards, Jacob Wise and Chris Messick greet customers and provide up-to-the-minute information on vehicle service.
Call the service department to make an appointment, or if you prefer you can do it online.  Once your vehicle is in the system, you will receive maintenance reminders by email, regular mail or a phone call.  When you buy a new or used vehicle at South Pointe, you’ll be invited to bring it in one month later for a free checkup and wash.
“South Pointe is a member of Group 1 Automotive,” Cliff explained.  “They have the greatest systems in place to benefit technicians, advisors and customers.  When you make contact with our call center, you’ll be connected with the person at our dealership—not a recording device—who will be able to tell you exactly what you need to know about the service status of your vehicle.”

Master Technician Dwayne David has 34 years experience in his field and heads up the South Pointe Service Tech Team.
