The Ladies Lifestyle event is returning with the new format introduced at last year’s festivities. The 11th annual affair is set for Tuesday, October 11 at the new Claremore Conference Center at 1400 Country Club from 4 p.m. until 9 p.m. This event is a ladies night out with an array of shopping opportunities as well as booths offering information appealing to women of all ages.
It’s ladies choice as guests will have chances to sample from a variety of restaurants and wineries offering tastes. The second annual Leading Ladies Awards are scheduled to return with the addition of the “Rising Star Award” for women 25 and under. The awards will be presented by Sunny Leigh of KVOO and Media Personality Michelle Lowry.
“We anticipate this year the awards will be even bigger.We want to recognize these women and their efforts,” said Claremore Chamber of Commerce President Dell Davis.
The Leading Ladies Awards, which begin at 8 p.m., will include the recognition of ladies behind the scenes, community supporters, business leadership, nonprofit leadership, volunteer of the year and woman of the year. Nomination forms are available at the Claremore Chamber website, www.claremore.org.
The Claremore Chamber of Commerce and Claremore Main Street have designed the event to provide products, services and information women need and want to make their lives more efficient, more productive and happier. Regardless of their age or circumstances, women will find something valuable for their lives.
Shopping opportunities will include booths featuring jewelry, clothing, purses and other fashion accessories, home décor, body products, health care items, and business services related specifically to women’s needs.

Hillcrest Hospital Claremore, presenting sponsor of the show, will provide a panel of health care professionals. Each panelist will offer a short presentation and will be available to answer questions related to women’s health issues at different stages of their life.
Dr. Lacy Crissup with Primary Eye Care will also be on hand with a mobile unit offering basic eye screenings for attendees.
Major sponsors of this year’s event are RCB Bank, Wallace for Life, BancFirst, A&B Bail Bonds, NTC, Tulsa Federal Credit Union, Elizabeth Jean Salon and A New Image Cosmetic Laser Center. Admission for the entire evening, all activities included, is $10 with limited VIP tickets at $25. Tickets are available at the Claremore Chamber office.
