Dean Kinzer, known as Mr. Dean by most of his patrons, is the Owner of Winganon Cafe & Bait. The store is located in the Winganon Community just east of the Winganon Bridge on Lake Oologah. I can honestly say that Dean is one of the nicest men I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. But, how can you not like a man who loves fishing and Barbeque?
