In the state of Oklahoma, if you sell raw milk, it has to be from the farm. This law allows the consumer to see how the cows are treated, if they’re healthy, if the equipment is clean, and more. Just to buy raw milk from a farmer’s market, the consumer really wouldn’t know where it came or the conditions of the cows.
