Yoga - Fitness on the Green

Connect your breath, body, and mind during Wednesday Yoga on the Guthrie Green dock. In this FREE class, you can expect to stretch and sweat through a sequence of seated and standing positions. The class is taught by a licensed YMCA fitness instructor. Yoga is open to all ages and athletic abilities. Parents are encouraged to consider their child’s ability to safely participate in the fitness class.

American Miniature Horse Registry National Show

September 4-13, 2025

The American Miniature Horse Registry and American Shetland Pony Club are bringing their National Show to Tulsa’s Expo Square during a ten-day display of equestrian skills in different classes and categories. Don’t miss out on miniature horses competing for awards in hunter, jumper, showmanship, halter obstacle, obstacle driving, country pleasure driving, fancy turnout, roadster, roman chariot and much more at Tulsa’s Expo Square. This prestigious event features more than 1,500 horses, making it the largest show of this kind in the world.

Woolaroc Fall Trail Ride

September 13, 2025 | 7 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Watch for buffalo, elk, deer or longhorn cattle on this trail ride that covers approximately 15 miles of scenic terrain on the famous Woolaroc Ranch. Bring your own horse and join the group for a day-long ride over 3,700 acres of ranch land. Hidden away amongst the beauty of the rolling Osage Hills, the country retreat of oilman Frank Phillips will open its gates to riders looking to explore native terrain that is rarely seen by the general public. The Woolaroc Fall Trail Ride includes overnight primitive camping on Friday prior to the ride, a morning and afternoon guided trail ride and admission to Woolaroc. The trail ride fee also includes lunch and dinner on Saturday. Riders must provide their own horses and gear. While not on the trail, participants can enjoy all that Woolaroc has to offer, including the on-site lodge and museum, featuring a premier Western art collection, one of the world's finest collections of Colt firearms and an extensive collection of Navajo blankets. Registration for the Woolaroc Fall Trail Ride will begin on Friday, with current coggins papers required upon arrival. Arrival and check-in time on Saturday is scheduled between 7am and 9am, while the trail ride will begin promptly at 9:30am. Total time in the saddle will be approximately five hours. All participants are encouraged to bring a camera, weather-appropriate clothing, a water canteen, rain poncho, sunscreen and insect repellent. Lunch will typically consist of a barbecue buffalo sandwich, a bag of chips and a cookie. Dinner typically consists of smoked meats, potato salad, baked beans and dessert. Lunches for non-riders are available by reservation only. Camping will be available Saturday night with additional charge. Pre-registration for the Woolaroc Fall Trail Ride is requested.

ScotFest

September 19-21, 2025

ScotFest is Oklahoma's flagship celebration of Celtic history and heritage. Held in Broken Arrow's Chisholm Trail Park, this weekend-long festival has something for the entire family including food, crafts, and excellent live music. Don't miss the Scottish Highland Games, featuring over 160 athletes competing in the caber toss, Braemar stone, hammer throw, sheaf tossing and more. Come to ScotFest for genealogy and family (clan) history, musical entertainers of local and national merit, Scottish and Irish dance demonstrations, solo piping, traditional drumming, and pipe band competitions. ScotFest will also feature vendors of Scottish crafts and products, demonstrations of Scottish traditional domestic skills and continuing educational sessions and workshops throughout the festival. Come to ScotFest in Broken Arrow for wine and whiskey tastings, and bring the kids for a variety of children's activities including sack races, three-legged races, and a Scottish ring fling.

Route 66 Cruisers Cruise-In & Car Show

September 26-27, 2025

Bring the entire family out to the annual Route 66 Cruisers Cruise-In & Car Show in Claremore to celebrate classic cars along the Mother Road. The cruise-in begins at 4pm on Friday at Ne-Mar Center. Cruise down historic Route 66 to Foyil's Totem Pole Park at 6pm to enjoy free hamburgers and hot dogs before returning to the Ne-Mar Center to watch an exhilarating flame throwing contest at dusk. On Saturday, head to Claremore Lake to admire vintage, modified and antique cars, as well as motorcycles. Over 50 classes will be represented at the show, and three trophies will be awarded per class. Browse vendor booths to find one-of-a-kind arts and crafts, then stop by a food vendor to pick up a snack. The Route 66 Cruisers Cruise-In & Car Show is an event for all ages that you won't want to miss. Hours: Friday: 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm; Saturday: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm.
