Bring the whole family out for Tulsa's largest annual event, the Tulsa State Fair, and enjoy fun-filled, family entertainment at its best. One of Oklahoma's premier events, the Tulsa State Fair entertains festival-goers with a large array of carnival rides, midway games, attractions, free concerts, creative art displays and much more. This fair attracts over one million visitors each year and thousands of visitors each day. Join the crowds and experience thrilling rides and breathtaking attractions at the Tulsa State Fair, held at Tulsa Expo Square. Held since 1935, the Tulsa State Fair has blossomed into an entertainment bonanza with free concerts daily across three stages, grounds entertainment, exhibitions and stage shows. Come to the Tulsa State Fair to enjoy national headlining entertainment as well as exhibit buildings filled to the brim with attractions and educational displays. Grab a corndog or a funnel cake and peruse a variety of agricultural exhibits, numerous kitchen demonstrations, and vendor booths galore. The Tulsa State Fair will also play host to area horticultural and baked goods exhibits, as well as livestock and horse shows and the Junior Livestock Auction. Bring the kids and purchase tickets to this year's Disney on Ice. Watch their eyes light up in wonder as they see Disney characters glide across the ice during a magical performance featuring classic and contemporary Disney songs. Also, the PRCA Rodeo will return to this year's fair to the delight of rodeo fans everywhere. Attend the rodeo and watch as cowboys and cowgirls compete in action-packed events, such as barrel racing, team roping, bull riding and more. Stick around after the event for a concert and live entertainment. Kids will be entertained with a trip through the fair's petting zoo, activity centers and creative stations. The Tulsa State Fair will also host a variety of daily contests for the little ones. Also, don't forget to take a ride on the fair's most thrilling carnival rides.

The performance begins with the bright, sparkling melodies of Shostakovich’s Festive Overture and has a very celebratory feel, making it perfect for opening night, followed by Beethoven’ s Piano Concerto No. 3, a dramatic and expressive work perfectly suited for the talents of Grammy-award winning pianist, Emanuel Ax. The season opener ends with Dvořák’s most famous and vibrant work, Symphony No. 9 in E minor.

Its proximity to area shops and restaurants allows customers to experience all the Rose District offers. The market initially started with only 10 vegetable vendors. Over the years, it has grown to a two-day market with more than 50 unique vendors offering locally grown and hand-crafted products. There is also a mid-week market, every Tuesday from 4:00p.m. – 8:00p.m.

Black Gold Days in Glenpool celebrates the city's rich oil history with family-oriented activities and fun. Join the citizens of Glenpool as they honor the history of the local Glenn Pool oil field, which created numerous oil and oil-related companies in the area and helped the city prosper after its discovery in 1905. Black Gold Days features a carnival, numerous food vendors, free entertainment, and a fireworks display. Known for its lineup of live music performers, this festival will feature everything from bluegrass and gospel, to rock and country. Fill up at the Lion's Club pancake breakfast Saturday morning. Kids will enjoy a frog jump, turtle races, a horseshoe tournament, and a variety of other children's activities. Watch the festive parade on Saturday, then browse through endless craft and vendor booths situated throughout the festival grounds. When you work up an appetite, visit a food vendor and feast on traditional fair favorites including corn dogs, hot dogs, turkey legs, kettle corn, barbecue sandwiches and more. Don't miss out on this fun event that draws more than 15,000 people annually over the four-day period.
