Christmas in the Ville

January 1-4, 2025

Bring the whole family to Bartlesville for the Christmas in the Ville celebration. Guests can bundle up and ice skate at the Historic Train Depot and take advantage of photo backdrops like the 12-foot lighted ornament, an 18-foot Christmas tree and a sleigh.

BA Ice Rink

January 1-6, 2025

Skate under the festive twinkle lights at Broken Arrow's only outdoor skating rink. Bring your ice skates or rent them directly on-site and glide across the ice under the pavilion at the Rose District Plaza. Bring the whole family out to create new holiday memories at this fun attraction, which opens before Thanksgiving and runs through the New Year. Group rates, private ice, and birthday party packages available.

First Friday Art Crawl

January 3, 2025 | 6 - 9 p.m.

Since 2007, the Tulsa Arts District has presented the community with rotating art displays as part of the monthly First Friday Art Crawl events. Every first Friday of the month, visitors can explore artwork inside galleries, studios and museums and catch a few live music performances or even an exciting fireworks display. As an added bonus, art crawlers can take advantage of free museum and gallery admission while shopping later than normal business hours would allow. Hit the district early for dinner, or stay a little later for a craft cocktail best enjoyed on an outdoor patio.

The Drunkard & the Olio

Kool & the Gang in Concert

January 11, 2025 | 8 p.m.

See popular R&B and funk band Kool & the Gang live at the Skyline Event Center at Osage Casino. Kool & the Gang will fill this Tulsa venue with the sounds of their top hits like "Celebration," "Fresh" and "Jungle Boogie." With 31 gold and platinum albums, two Grammy Awards and seven American Music Awards in their wheelhouse, Kool & the Gang is sure to deliver fans a night to remember.

Western Hills Winter Bluegrass Festival

January 16-18, 2025

Come out and enjoy gospel and traditional bluegrass music during the Western Hills Winter Bluegrass Festival. Held over three days in January, this bluegrass festival is a fast-moving display of musical talent with a handful of bands showcasing their skills on the fiddle, banjo and guitar. The Western Hills Winter Bluegrass Festival, held on the grounds of the beautiful Lodge at Sequoyah State Park, will feature top bands from Oklahoma, Texas, Arkansas, Colorado, and Missouri. A special all-gospel show will be performed on Thursday. Bring your favorite instrument and participate in jam sessions held in the hotel lobby. A variety of musical workshops will also be held throughout the festival, so get your ticket or a three-day pass and brush up on your bluegrass skills. Workshops will be held on instruments such as the five-string banjo, flattop guitar, fiddle, mandolin, dobro, and bass. Workshops on all bluegrass stringed instruments will be held Friday afternoon. Visitors must have a ticket to participate in all events. Stick around each night after the concerts are over for all-night jam sessions. All activities are held indoors, so this event will be held rain or shine. 

STEM Night at the Oklahoma Aquarium

Want to bring STEM subjects to life for your aqua fans? Join us for STEM Make & Take Project Evenings at the Oklahoma Aquarium! Participants will take away lessons about the importance of environmental conservation while creating unique STEM projects they can take home with them. Held on the 3rd Tuesday of each month, our Education Team will have several sessions, giving you ample time to explore the Oklahoma Aquarium & visit all 10,000 of our amazing animals! This event is free for all Oklahoma Aquarium members or with daily admission. Due to this event's rising popularity, we've set up an RSVP system to save your spot!

Mad Dog Demolition Derby

January 18, 2025 | 6 p.m.

Make your way to the Mad Dog Demolition Derby at the Claremore Expo Center for an evening of fun and car smashing. Come, see and hear one of the loudest events in Claremore, full of crushed metal and smashed cars. Drivers will compete in figure eight, mower derby and Hornet car circle racing. This event is fun for the whole family, with a mini car derby kids will love and a full-size derby fit for adults. Claremore's Mad Dog event offers fast-paced action for everyone to enjoy, including the Saturday night Power Wheel Derby.

Tulsa Theater presents: Jo Koy

Head to the Tulsa Theater for a hilarious night of stand up with Jo Koy. From a Las Vegas coffee house to one of the nation’s premiere stand-up comedians, Jo Koy is sure to deliver relatable humor about families, children, and more. He was a frequent panelist on E!'s late night show "Chelsea Lately," has had six comedy specials released via Comedy Central and Netflix. Get ready for laughs at this one-night-only show in Tulsa this January.

State Fiddlers Convention

February 13-14, 2025

Visitors to the State Fiddlers Convention in Tulsa will enjoy live music performed by professional fiddle players along with daily dances. Formerly known as the Western Hills Fiddlers Festival, this convention will have some of Oklahoma's best fiddle players performing your favorite fiddle tunes. Enjoy a weekend filled with music, dancing and workshops. Come and celebrate American folk music, bluegrass and Western swing and stick around for all that Tulsa has to offer.

Darryl Starbird's National Rod & Custom Car Show

February 14-16, 2025

The Darryl Starbird's National Rod & Custom Car Show at Tulsa Expo Square is a can't-miss event for automobile lovers. With over 1,000 entires, this car show is full of impressive classic and custom cars from across the nation. Browse through stunning cars and hang around to see which cars are awarded the "Fine Nine" and the ultimate "Go for the Gold" cash award. This event features the annual Rockin' Billy Bash, celebrating the spirit of hot rod culture with a do-it-yourself attitude. See pinstripers, tattoo artists, barbershop, pinup and beard contests, valve cover races, soapbox derby races, rock n' roll and more throughout the weekend. Cars personifying the Rockin' Billy Bash spirit will take home a trophy as a part of the "Dirty Dozen" awards. This year's Action Arena which will be jam-packed with events like a demolition derby, mini bike drags and indoor freestyle acts with flamethrowers, burnouts, donuts and more. Peter and the Star Catcher Opens at TCC February 27-March 2 If you’ve ever wondered how Peter Pan learned to fly and gained eternal youth, all is revealed in “Peter and the Starcatcher.” The whimsical award winning Broadway play tells the backstory of not only Peter but also Tinkerbell, the Lost Boys, the villainous Captain Hook, a notorious crocodile and other figures associated with Neverland. The Tulsa Community College theatre production runs February 27-28, March 1 at 8pm and March 2nd at 2pm in the VanTrease PACE Main Stage on the Tulsa Community College Southeast Campus. Based on a 2004 children’s novel by Dave Barry and Ridley Pearson, the play centers on a young orphan and his friends who are shipped off from Victorian England to a distant island. At sea, the boys are discovered by a precocious young girl named Molly, a Starcatcher-in-training. She’s part of a secret society tasked with protecting a magical dust of extraordinary power known as “starstuff.” Their bravery will be sorely tested by a group of pirates led by the fearsome Black Stache — later to become Captain Hook. The play, exploring duty, love and the bonds of friendship, serves as a prequel to the classic Peter Pan stories by Scottish novelist and playwright J.M. Barrie. The 18-actor ensemble playing a total of about fifty gender bending roles in addition to occasionally serving as inanimate objects, such as doors and walls. The play is family friendly. Splash!

Come make a splash at the Oklahoma Aquarium’s largest annual party. Splash! is a unique event that brings together craft beers from area breweries, food by top local chefs and live entertainment. Also on tap will be games and prizes, a silent auction and raffle and a mechanical bull shark, making this one of the most exciting events in the Tulsa area. Must be 21 or older to attend.

Tiny Tulsa: An Accessible & Sensory Inclusive Free Play Program

March 1, 2025 | 9:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.

Bring your child to Tiny Tulsa at The Gathering Place for a sensory-inclusive play experience. This program is designed for Pre-K through 5th grade students and their families. The event will feature low lighting, soothing sounds, creative toys, art materials, and adaptive play elements that will provide a welcoming space for everyone. See the ONEOK Boathouse transform into a tiny version of Tulsa with elements like a farmer's market, construction truck, post office, art studio, library and more. Tiny Tulsa is held three Saturdays in February and the first Saturday in March. The program is free and open to the public, and gives children with special needs a space to feel safe and play alongside others.

Tulsa Irish Fest

Bob Wills’ Texas Playboys in Concert

March 8-9, 2025

Come to the historic Cain's Ballroom in the Tulsa Arts District to honor one of America's most innovative and amazing musicians with plenty of music, dancing, and Western swing. Bob Wills' Texas Playboys, under the direction of two-time Grammy winner Jason Roberts, will play sets that remember the musical genius with toe-tapping tunes you won't want to miss. This Texas Playboys aggregation, like Bob's original band, includes some of the best swing musicians both Oklahoma and Texas have to offer. Don't miss this living embodiment of a tradition that stretches all the way back to 1933 as the Bob Wills' Texas Playboys take the stage with two shows in two days this March. Queensferry Renaissance Festival

The annual Queensferry Renaissance Festival in Vinita invites you to step back into 1540 Scotland as the villagers prepare for King James V's arrival. Look out for the Queen Mother, Margaret Tudor, who may greet her son here in Queensferry. Guests can shop the wares of the land's best artisans and enjoy the entertainment provided by village musicians and dancers. The kids can also have a blast in the expanded children's realm. During the Queensferry Renaissance Festival, perhaps the eye of the King shall fall upon you, or maybe you will help cheer on the King's Champion as the ultimate battle unfolds. All ages are invited to experience the magic of 16th-century Scotland at this Vinita festival.

Spring Break at Will Rogers Memorial Museum & Birthplace Ranch

March 17-21, 2025

Children ages 17 and younger are invited to enjoy five afternoons of free spring break activities at the Will Rogers Memorial Museum in Claremore. Monday through Friday, kids will enjoy a variety of Will Rogers-themed adventures that will be fun as well as educational. Kids will participate in historical demonstrations such as blacksmithing and quilting and participate in Aviation Day which will include flight simulation and a paper airplane contest. Later in the week, spring breakers can come to the camp dressed as their favorite movie character and enjoy a showing of "Night at the Museum" as they snack on popcorn. On Friday, campers will have a chance to showcase their own star qualities at the Mid-Afternoon Frolic Talent Show. Keep the kids entertained with this free, week-long event near Tulsa. Advanced registration is not required.

Oklahoma Jewish Film Festival

March 23-27, 2025

The 11th edition of the Oklahoma Jewish Film Festival is a five-day event using the power of film to bring people of all religions and cultures together to enrich, educate, and entertain about the global Jewish experience. Films from around the world explore common themes of Jewish identity and culture in a variety of genres including comedy, drama, documentary, shorts, and narrative cinema. The OKJFF is a collaboration between the Jewish Federation of Tulsa and the historic Circle Cinema.

Movie Night at the Museum: The Prince of Egypt

Movie Night at the Museum will be on Friday March 28th. This month’s feature will be “The Prince of Egypt.” Doors will open at 6:30 pm with the movie starting at 7:00 pm. Admission and popcorn are free thanks to Bank of Commerce.

Jurassic Quest

March 28-30, 2025

Bring the whole family to Jurassic Adventure at Tulsa Expo Square for an up-close and personal encounter with dinosaurs. Guests can view displays of realistic giant dinosaurs like the Spinosaurus and T-Rex before petting baby dinosaurs. Walking dinosaurs are sure to wow and surprise the kids, while virtual reality dinosaurs will bring all ages back to a time when dinosaurs roamed the earth. Other onsite activities include dinosaur rides, bungee races, Jurassic-themed bounce houses and fossil digs. Tulsa's Premiere Diecast, Toy & Collectibles

Welcome to Tulsa's First Annual Premiere Diecast, Toys and Collectibles Show. We're the owners of Carl's Car Shack, a small business here in Oklahoma that is celebrating our 10th anniversary this year. We sell diecast to clients locally and worldwide via our online store, social media and shows (local and surrounding states). Part of our vision when we started our business was to start a local toy show. Our goal is to create an event for all ages to enjoy various diecast, toys and collectibles offered by our exhibitors. We invite you to be a part of our show. This is a free event for attendees.

2025 Coweta Classic Car Show

March 29, 2025 | 8 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.

The Coweta Classic Car Show is coming to Coweta this spring in conjunction with the Wagoner County Emergency Preparedness Expo! This event will showcase cars, trucks, jeeps, and motorcycles. Broken Arrow Community Theatre Presents On Golden Pond

This is the love story of Ethel and Norman Thayer, who are returning to their summer home on Golden Pond for the forty-eighth year. He is a retired professor, nearing eighty, with heart palpitations and a failing memory—but still as tart-tongued, observant, and eager for life as ever. Ethel, ten years younger, and the perfect foil for Norman, delights in all the small things that have enriched and continue to enrich their long life together. They are visited by their divorced, middle-aged daughter and her dentist fiancé, who then go off to Europe, leaving his teenage son behind for the summer. The boy quickly becomes the “grandchild” the elderly couple have longed for, and as Norman revels in taking his ward fishing and thrusting good books at him, he also learns some lessons about modern teenage awareness—and slang—in return. In the end, as the summer wanes, so does their brief idyll, and in the final, deeply moving moments of the play, Norman and Ethel are brought even closer together.

Tulsa Opera presents: Dvořák's "Stabat Mater"

Held at the German-American Society of Tulsa (GAST) Event Center, Germanfest is a fun-filled, family-friendly festival that invites all ages out to celebrate and learn about German culture. Entertainment will include polka band and folk dancers. Snack on polish or smoked bratwurst piled high with sauerkraut on a bun or try the savory schnitzel sandwich. The three-day event will also feature numerous children's activities and the traditional crowning of the May Queen, a German ritual dating back to pagan times. The American Heritage Music Festival features nationally sanctioned fiddle competitions on multiple stages for an exciting weekend of music in Grove. This event is great for families, with plenty of jamming opportunities and camping sites. Kick off the festival on Thursday at Snider's Camp with an evening event full of Americana music before the festivities continue at Har-Ber Village on Friday and Saturday. Shows will be staggered between two stages, with big evening shows providing a full weekend of great music. Fiddle competition categories include twin fiddle, "anything goes" hot fiddle, Honey Creek special, jukebox, flat-picking, mandolin, Dobro, banjo and more. The festival's finale concert features winners in fiddle divisions plus a full evening of great entertainment.

The great movie director Frank Capra is coming to town to see their matinee, and if he likes what he sees, he just might cast them in his movie remake of The Scarlet Pimpernel. Naked ambition takes over as George and Charlotte do everything in their power to make Capra love them. Unfortunately for George and Charlotte, they are on the brink of a disastrous split-up caused by George’s dalliance with a young ingénue. Throw in the antics of the sharp-tongued, hard of hearing mother-in-law Ethel and a surprise visit from their daughter Rosalind and her clueless fiancé Howard, plus the hilarious uncertainty about which play they’re actually performing, and everything that could go wrong does go wrong. Folks can pick, sing, and play together – like the good old days! Those who register in advance are given priority on the roster that fills quickly. However, we will allow walk-ins as time allows. This is also the final day of the inaugural Oklahoma Farmers Market Week. Shepherd's Cross features Farm Fresh and Hand Made Products including: Honey, eggs, chicken, beef, lamb, bread, herbs, baked goods, jams, kefir, kombucha, candy, nuts, produce (limited quantities), pottery, artwork, wool yarn and so much more! GRM Bug Run

The event challenges motorcyclists to catch bugs on a target while traveling a sixty-mile route through scenic northeastern Oklahoma. Global Gatherings: South Asia & West Asia

Lilac Festival

Lilac Festival is this month’s theme for Food Truck Thursday. This is a seasonal, monthly food truck and shopping event in downtown Claremore typically on the last Thursday of the month, however, for June it will be a week early to celebrate Claremore 66 Days. Running from 6-9 p.m. during the months of May through October, Food Truck Thursday features live, local musicians, a ton of food trucks, late night shopping, a free Kids Zone and a fun atmosphere for everyone. Each month has a different theme for added fun. Downtown shops are open late for shopping! Lilac Festival is the theme for June’s Food Truck Thursday event. Located in Downtown Claremore, there will be fun themed activities for the whole family as well as food trucks. The Downtown area will be shutdown to traffic to fully utilize the space and accommodate all the fun happenings! Presented by Baker Hughes in partnership with Claremore Main Street, there will be food and fun for the whole family.
