First Friday Art Crawl

July 7, 2023 | 6 - 9 p.m.

Since 2007, the Tulsa Arts District has presented the community with rotating art displays as part of the monthly First Friday Art Crawl events. Every first Friday of the month, visitors can explore artwork inside galleries, studios and museums and catch a few live music performances or even an exciting fireworks display. As an added bonus, art crawlers can take advantage of free museum and gallery admission while shopping later than normal business hours would allow. Hit the district early for dinner, or stay a little later for a craft cocktail best enjoyed on an outdoor patio. Various locations in Tulsa Arts District.

Route 66 PatriotFest

July 8, 2023 | 7:30 a.m.

Help show the world that Tulsa is America's most patriotic city at the Route 66 PatriotFest. This all-day event will include a car and motorcycle show, as well as craft vendors and food trucks. Be sure to browse one-of-a-kind hotrods in the car show and experience live entertainment from local talent. Bring the whole family out to the annual Route 66 PatriotFest for fun on the Mother Road. Cruise check in, 7:30a.m.; cruise begins 8:00a.m. Flag unfurling at 9:15a.m.; car and motorcycle show, 10:00a.m.

Second Saturday Architecture Tour: OKPOP Museum - A Design Discussion

July 8, 2023 | 10 a.m.

Take a fun and educational walking tour through downtown Tulsa and other historical local sites during Second Saturday Architecture Tours, hosted by the Tulsa Foundation for Architecture. These monthly walking tours will give you an insightful look into the exciting architecture and prestigious collections that you may pass by every day. Sites include various Art Deco buildings, Will Rogers High School, the Tulsa Underground, University of Tulsa and The Blue Dome District. This month's tour will focus on both the interior and exterior of the OKPOP Museum.

Circle Cinema Film Festival

July 13-16, 2023

The Circle Cinema Film Festival features an exciting showcase of original storytelling through film, art, music and experiences. A stellar lineup of diverse films and special guests will visit Tulsa during this four-day festival, including artists, writers and filmmakers shown at Sundance Film Festival and SXSW. This year's film programming will emphasize Oklahoma-centric independent films and filmmakers, including a mix of documentaries and features along with classic and silent films. Film buffs and fans will not want to miss all the film panels, discussions, events and screenings during this festival at the historic Circle Cinema. Art Crawl on 66

Tulsa County FREE Fair - Oklahoma's FIRST County Fair!

The annual Tulsa County Fair has been held every year since 1903 as a way for individuals to show fair exhibits they have worked on all year while learning new skills or improving existing skills. Exhibitors also have the opportunity to share what they have learned with others during the Tulsa County FREE Fair. Only enrolled Tulsa County 4-H members can enter in the 4-H exhibits, but any resident age 5 and up of Tulsa County or any member of a Tulsa County extension based organization such as: 4-H, Oklahoma Home and Community Education (OHCE), Master Gardeners, or Master Wellness, may enter in the Tulsa County Fair Open Class. Event takes place on the Tulsa County Fairgrounds - Check website for exact location. Entries are turned in on Tuesday from 4pm - 7pm. Judging takes place on Wednesday and is closed to the public. Exhibitors must comply with all rules and regulations of the Tulsa County Fair. The Tulsa County FREE Fair is OPEN to the public on Thursday and Friday. FREE Admission!
