The Wanenmacher's Tulsa Arms Show is one of the largest firearms shows in the world, and features more than 4,200 exhibits including fine antique and modern firearms, knives, swords and accessories on display and for sale. Oklahoma Buckskin Bloomin' Blowout Show

Oklahoma Quarter Horse Association Spring Show The Oklahoma Quarter Horse Spring Show puts top equestrian skills on display for five days at Tulsa Expo Square. See cowboys and cowgirls of all ages show off their abilities in Western pleasure, Western riding, barrel racing, pole bending, tie down and roping, as well as other competitive categories like halter, reining and jumping. All performances are judged, so be sure to hang around afterward to see who will be named the champion of each specialty. Tulsa Auto Show

April 14-16, 2023

Get a glimpse of the year's newest vehicles at the annual Tulsa Auto Show. Head to Tulsa Expo Square to see hundreds of fresh, technological vehicles for release in the upcoming year. High performance vehicles from more than 25 car brands will be on display in world class factory presentations, and all ages can partake in the 18-hole mini golf experience in between bouts of admiring the inventive vehicles. Each year the Tulsa auto show features nearly 600 new models, dozens of pre-production models and a host of prototype and concept vehicles. Friday, 10:00a.m - 9:00p.m, Saturday, 10:00a.m. - 6:00p.m.

Golden Driller Marathon

Each participant will receive a tech shirt with their entry, as well as a great custom finisher medal that features the Golden Driller. This race is known for it's small size and friendly nature, as well as great post race food and beer for those 21 and over. This is a great smaller marathon or half for those who want to avoid the crush of giant big city races.

Ascension St. John ZooRun

April 22, 2023 | 7 a.m.

No matter your pace, everyone is welcome to run in one of the most family-friendly races in Tulsa. The Ascension St John ZooRun has occurred yearly for 53 years, making it the second-oldest race event statewide. Enjoy the one-mile fun run on zoo property, or crisscross through beautiful Mohawk Park on the 5K and 10K races before finishing inside the Tulsa Zoo.

Wildflower Pinto Classic

April 28-30, 2023 | 8 a.m. - 8 p.m.

The Wildflower Classic Oklahoma Pinto Horse Association event at Tulsa Expo Square will feature riders with their horses, ponies and miniatures. Exhibitors will compete in a wide range of disciplines including Western, English, driving, snaffle bit, halter, roping, speed events and trial. There is no charge to watch the show, so head the Wildflower Classic event to see these beautiful Tobiano and Overo equines in action.

Tour de Tulsa

May 6, 2023 | 7 a.m. - 4 p.m.

On-site ride registration starts at 7am on race day. The Tour de Tulsa has been a spring cycling ritual for Tulsa-area cyclists for more than 30 years. Tour de Tulsa offers routes ranging from 20 to 100 miles including a family fun ride with options ranging from 5 to 10 miles. Tulsa's premier spring community bicycle ride features good food, great rest stops, full on-road support and friendly riders all along the way. The charity ride is hosted by the Tulsa Bicycle Club and the Tulsa Health Department's non-profit foundation, Pathways To Health. Proceeds from the Tour de Tulsa benefit Pathways to Health, which unites over 90 local agencies, organizations, corporations and health systems to improve health outcomes in Tulsa County.

During fifteen days of intense competition with high stakes, cowboys and cowgirls come together and give some of the best cutting performances in the country and take their abilities to the limit. Conveniently located near downtown Tulsa, this event also includes shopping from on site vendors and plenty of delicious dining in the area. Starts at 8am daily.

Cop Land Classic Bike Ride

May 20, 2023 | 7 a.m.

Get your wheels turning by participating in the Cop Land Classic Bike Ride to honor fallen officers in Tulsa this May. Choose between five Cop Land Classic bike ride routes, the "67 to Life," "Escape Route 57," "Deferred Sentance 44," "The Felony 31" and "Misdemeanor 15" for a ride length that fits your style best. Take the "Early Parole" shortcut to avoid climbing Cincinnati Hill if you wish. Those looking to show their support but skip the ride can be virtual riders and purchase the Cop Land Classic Bike Ride shirt. You can also participate by choosing the "Fleeing Felons" option, a protected peloton escorted by OHP motorcycles. Hang out at base camp after the ride to enjoy food, drinks, a raffle drawing and fellowship at the Tulsa Police Officers' Memorial. This year's raffle prize includes a five-day cabin stay near Como, Colorado, autographed NFL helmets from Steve Largent and James Conner, various restaurant gift cards and much more. Same day registration opens at 7am. Rides begin at 8am.

Will Rogers Stampede PRCA Rodeo

May 25-29, 2023 | 7 p.m.

Make your way to Claremore for all the excitement of the annual Will Rogers Stampede PRCA Rodeo. Rodeo events include bull riding, barrel racing, team roping, mutton bustin' for the kids, rodeo clowns and a dance following the nightly performance. See area cowboys compete in steer wrestling, bareback riding, saddle bronc riding and more. Vendors will be on-site to sell Western wear and goods to the crowds. Pick up a cowboy hat and secure a spot in the stands for the Will Rogers Stampede PRCA Rodeo, an action-packed event you won't want to miss. Rodeo queens will also be on hand to lead the opening ceremonies. Starts at 7:00p.m each night.

R.K. Gun & Knife Show

May 27-28, 2023

Visit the R.K. Gun & Knife Show at Tulsa Expo Square for a wide selection of high-quality guns available at great prices. 4-Way Rodeo

Travel to Pryor in northeast Oklahoma for the 4-Way Rodeo, a two-day IPRA/ACRA sanctioned rodeo event filled with exciting acts, vendors and concessions. Feel the suspense in the arena, and cheer for your favorite championship rodeo participants as they compete in traditional rodeo events such as bronc riding, calf roping, steer wrestling, barrel racing and bull riding. Events start at 8:00a.m.

Saint Francis Tulsa

June 9-11, 2023

Saint Francis Tulsa Tough is an annual three-day cycling festival designed to promote fitness and healthy lifestyles while showcasing the beautiful city of Tulsa. From professional-level races and recreational rides to tour rides and youth activities, Tulsa Tough offers racing events and fun activities for everyone. Festivities include unique local vendors, exhibitors and food throughout the downtown area. Races begin Friday evening with a Men's Cat 3, Women’s Pro 1/2, Men’s 1/2, and Men's Pro 1 under the lights of downtown Tulsa’s Blue Dome Entertainment District. A spectator must-see, the races are fast and weave through crowded streets lined with bars and restaurants. With events for all skill levels in the historic Tulsa Arts District, Saturday is designed for the whole family with races, Gran Fondo rides of 40, 70 and a monster 110 mile, and more. On Sunday, events include the Tulsa Townie Ride, Gran Fondo rides of 40, 66 and 108 miles. Sunday's main event is the grueling River Parks Criterium, known to test even the most experienced racers. Running along the scenic Arkansas River and home of "Cry Baby Hill," this race distinguishes Tulsa Tough from other races. Winners of the team and individual omnium competition will be crowned after Sunday’s races. Pre-registration is required for all races and rides. Sunday also includes the Tulsa Tough Kid's Zone on Riverside Drive. The enclosed area will have inflatables, age appropriate toys and plenty of kid friendly activities. It is aimed at children ages two to eleven, and parents are encouraged to bring blankets, chairs and snacks. You won't want to miss all the festivities and action this year, so bring the family and enjoy this top-notch Oklahoma event.

Tulsa Holiday Summer Circuit

June 9-30, 2023

Save the date for the Tulsa Holiday Summer Circuit. This equestrian event will feature trail, Western riding, Western pleasure and hunter under saddle (open and amateur) divisions. Four full VRH shows will include ranch trail, ranch riding, ranch confirmation and ranch cow work. New for 2023, there will also be open breakaway and working Western rail classes. Tie down roping, breakaway, heading and heeling are scheduled to take place on July 1 and 2, while working cowhorse, boxing and the VRH cow work will follow the roping. The Tulsa Holiday Summer Circuit is proud to host a Vegas Tuffest Jr. World Championship qualifier on June 30.  Qualify now, as last year’s championship in Las Vegas paid out over $1 million in cash and prize.

Tulsa Holiday Summer Circuit

July 1-2, 2023

Save the date for the Tulsa Holiday Summer Circuit. This equestrian event will feature trail, Western riding, Western pleasure and hunter under saddle (open and amateur) divisions. Four full VRH shows will include ranch trail, ranch riding, ranch confirmation and ranch cow work. New for 2023, there will also be open breakaway and working Western rail classes. Tie down roping, breakaway, heading and heeling are scheduled to take place on July 1 and 2, while working cowhorse, boxing and the VRH cow work will follow the roping. Camp Downtown Ninja Warrior

Camp Downtown is a day camp in Bixby's Downtown River District, hosted by YoungLife Kids, the children's ministry of First Assembly of God. Each day the kids will experience an interactive and engaging kid's service, exciting games and obstacles on a real Ninja Course (on site), and activities based on each kid's interest. National Snaffle Bit Association World Show

August 10-20, 2023 | 8 a.m.

The National Snaffle Bit Association brings together horses and riders from all over the country for its annual World Show at Tulsa Expo Square. This competition of pleasure horse events includes horsemanship, equitation over fences, western pleasure, hunter under saddle, hunter hack and more. Riders and horses from all different classes compete at this nearly week-long event. The NSBA will offer all-breed classes and payout in excess of $1,000,000 in cash and prizes. A trade show composed of commercial exhibitors and pleasure horse professionals will be available to assist spectators during the week.

Lake Life Festival

Conquer the Gauntlet Obstacle Race

September 2, 2023 | 8 a.m. - 3 p.m.

Conquer the Gauntlet is a challenging four-mile obstacle course and adventure race that features over 30 obstacles. Held at 181 Ranch in Bixby, this event will bring you face-to-face with taxing obstacles like climbing over walls, crawling through mud and slogging your way through water one to five feet deep. Conquer the Gauntlet will challenge you mentally and physically, but those who complete the event will be given a T-shirt and bragging rights.

Tulsa Run

October 28, 2023

Athletes and health enthusiasts have been gathering in downtown Tulsa the last weekend in October since 1978 for a fun and competitive run. One of the most historic runs in the state, the Tulsa Run has a reputation for being an exciting gathering that presents running in a festival atmosphere. Events include 2K run, 5K run, 15K run and a double challenge for athletes interested in running both the 5K and 15K. A finish line festival delivers plenty of fun before and after the race and post-race events include live music, food and drinks. 5K begins at 7:30a.m.; 2K begins at 8:00a.m. and 15K begins at 8:30a.m.

Color Breed Congress

November 3-11, 2023 | 7:30 a.m.

The Pinto Horse Association of America, Inc. presents the Color Breed Congress, a show exhibiting four separate horse breeds simultaneously. Participating associations in the show include the Pinto Horse Association, Palomino Horse Breeders of America, American Buckskin Registry Association, National Snaffle Bit Association, Ranch Horse Congress, and Long Ear Congress. In addition to seeing this variety of exciting equine competitions at Tulsa Expo Square, the event will include a trade show with vendors from throughout the state.

McNellie’s Pub Run

November 11, 2023 | 3 - 6 p.m.

The annual Tulsa McNellie's Pub Run is a downtown Tulsa tradition that combines running (or walking) with beer drinking. Beginning promptly at 3pm, this timed event will be an on-street race. Three options for the event are available - the Guinness Challenge 4 Mile Pub Run, the normal 4 Mile Pub Run, and a 1-mile fun run. All events include a race shirt and finisher medal, as well as two post-race beers. If you elect to do the Guinness Challenge, you will also have the opportunity to consume three beers during the 4-mile Pub Run - the famous beer and running challenge.

Hoosier Arenacross Nationals

During the Hoosier Arenacross Tour in Claremore, riders will compete for cash prizes on a number of challenging jumps and fast-paced courses. You'll be on the edge of your seat in the Claremore Expo Center as you watch these amazing motorized feats, from the 450cc fire-breathing MX bikes and kid's 50cc minis to the UTV flips and FMX pro jump-off.

Williams Route 66 Marathon & Half Marathon

The Williams Route 66 Marathon & Half Marathon in Tulsa is a top annual sporting event in the region. Much more than just a competitive run, this two-day event features a health, fitness and sustainability expo that encourages healthy practices and educates the public on new and interesting ways to live a healthy life. Runners have the option to tackle the whole marathon or gather friends for a relay team of three to five people. A 5K route, fun run and half marathon are also available. Start your race in downtown Tulsa, then make your way through the city's vibrant and diverse neighborhoods and the campus of Tulsa University. Neighborhoods along the way host spirited block parties to support runners. The Williams Route 66 Marathon is a USATF-certified course and an official Boston Qualifier. In the past, this event has received the titles Best Marathon, Best Half Marathon, and Best Post Race Party by Oklahoma Sports & Fitness Magazine. USA BMX Grand National Pro Series Final

American Final Rodeo

The American Cowboys Rodeo Association presents the American Finals Rodeo this January at the Ford Truck Arena at Tulsa Expo Square. Make plans to watch action-packed rodeo performances each day. The top 15 cowboys and cowgirls will compete in traditional rodeo events including bareback bronc riding, tie-down roping, breakaway roping, steer wrestling, saddle bronc riding, team roping, and cowgirls' barrel racing and bull riding. See traditional western skill in action as these impressive young athletes compete in the American Finals Rodeo.

Go Short, Go Long, Go Very Long

It's time to Go Short, Go Long, Go Very Long. This annual 5K, 10K, 25K and 50K is back again with distances for every level of runner or walker. All courses are along the paved River Parks Trail System in Tulsa and are very flat with the exception of one hill that is encountered once on the 25K course and twice on the 50K course. The 5K and 10K courses are very flat. There will be great finisher medals for all distances, a long-sleeved tech shirt and post-race food and beer.

The Tulsa Shootout

The Tulsa Shootout is the largest micro sprint racing event in the country. With up to 1,000 participants gathered at Tulsa Expo Square, this thrilling event promises to be an exciting four days of fierce competition.
