The Cherokee National Holiday in Tahlequah celebrates the signing of the Cherokee Nation Constitution in 1839. This annual event is a celebration of Cherokee heritage and cultural awareness. The Cherokee National Holiday attracts visitors from across the United States as well as from around the world. The four-day holiday is full of activities for all ages, from traditional Native American games like cornstalk and blowgun shooting, marbles and stickball to tournaments in sports like basketball and softball. Many other events will take place during the Cherokee National Holiday, including a parade, children's events, a quilt show and a car show. Vendors will be on hand offering authentic Native American products such as food, artwork, pottery, blankets and other unique items. The highlights of the celebration will be the inter-tribal powwows, held on both Friday night and Saturday night.

Since 1989, Sapulpa has celebrated Mother Road nostalgia with the Route 66 Blowout. See over 250 entries of classic, vintage and modified vehicles; in addition, there will be an art show and sale, historic walking tours of Sapulpa and crafts and commercial vendors.
Artfest is the German-American Society of Tulsa's fine art show and sale, and the two day event features paintings, sculptures, woodworking, pottery, jewelry and more. Local musician Rick Fortner performs live on Saturday afternoon, and German beer, wine and light snacks will be available for purchase. Hours are Saturday 10:00a.m. - 5:00p.m.; Sunday, 12:00p.m. - 5:00p.m.

The Woolaroc Fall Trail Ride is a day-long ride over the 3,700 acres of ranch land amongst the beauty of the rolling Osage Hills. This event includes overnight primitive camping on Friday prior to the ride, a morning and afternoon guided trail ride and admission to Woolaroc. The Fee also includes lunch and dinner on Saturday. Riders must provide their own horses and gear, and all participants are encouraged to bring a camera, weather-appropriate clothing, a water canteen, sunscreen, insect repellent and rain outerwear. Check in is between 7:00a.m and 9:00a.m., and the trail ride will begin promptly at 9:30a.m.

It's a party and a major fundraising event benefitting the Frank Phillips Foundation, the non-profit that owns and operates the 3,700 acres wildlife preserve, museum and ranch. The Cow Thieves and Outlaws reunion was once hosted by oilman Frank Philips for cowboys, socialites, thieves, bankers and lawmen, and is now an event that anyone can attend and enjoy live music, dancing, food, drinks and shopping with local vendors. Ticket prices are $85.

Celebrating the return of fall with a community event. The morning will start off with a 5K run and bike race. There will be craft vendors open for shopping at 9:00am and inflatables for the kids. A mobile petting zoo will also be in attendance. We will have old fashioned picnic games like gunny sack races and 3 legged races. Music on our stage will start at 11:00 am with The Hi-Fi Hillibillies and they will play until 1:00pm. Next up on the stage will be Roy Weathers and he will perform until 3:00pm.
