Lovebirds Bird Walk

Join us February 13th for a free family friendly bird walk with nature center staff. Together we will listen for mating calls, observe courtship behaviors, and fall in love with birding.

Oklahoma Tackle, Hunting & Boat Show
February 15-18, 2024
Head to the Oklahoma Tackle, Hunting & Boat Show in Pryor to scout out new gear for outdoor recreation while enjoying family-friendly activities. Boats, watercraft, jet skis, kayaks, motorcycles, and ATVs will be on-site at the Mid America Expo Center for up-close exploration. Find great deals on fishing tackle, hunting gear, apparel and more. Children can cast a line in the kids fishing pond, while sports like archery and bow fishing will be available to try. Browse the displays and watch the fetch and fish dog jumping show for a weekend of family fun. Hours: Thursday: 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm; Friday: 11:00 am - 7:00 pm; Saturday: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm; Sunday: 9:00 am - 3:00 pm.

Daisy BB Gun Day
February 17, 2024 | 10 a.m. - 3 p.m.
The Daisy BB Gun Day will be held at the J.M.Davis Arms and Historical Museum. Children through the ages of 18 may shoot in the Daisy Indoor BB Gun Shooting Gallery. The top marksmen in the age 12 and under category and ages 13-18 will win a custom-made Daisy BB rifle. Contest is free to ages 19 and under, and adults may shoot for a $3 per target charge. The adult winner will also receive a custom Daisy BB gun.
