Since 2007, the Tulsa Arts District has presented the community with rotating art displays as part of the monthly First Friday Art Crawl events. Every first Friday of the month, visitors can explore artwork inside galleries, studios and museums and catch a few live music performances or even an exciting fireworks display. As a bonus, art crawlers can take advantage of free museum and gallery admission while shopping later than normal business hours would allow. Attend the Wreath Laying & Flyover at the Will Rogers Memorial Museum to commemorate the upcoming anniversary of Will Roger's death. Fondly referred to as "Oklahoma's Favorite Son," Rogers died alongside pilot Wiley Post in a plane crash on August 15, 1935 in Alaska. Wreaths will be laid at Rogers' tomb and a flyover will conclude the solemn event that honors one of Oklahoma's most famous humorists and philosophers.

Presented by Cousins Collective, Tulsa Film Collective, and Philbrook Museum. Join us for a screening of In MacArthur Park (1976). The film follows the story of a Mojave man who leaves the reservation for Los Angeles in a desperate attempt to support his family. After an encounter leads to an unintended tragedy, he is forced to navigate the weight of his actions while evading an eyewitness and the police.
