Family Nature Walk + Nature Fun Fridays

April 7, 2023 | 10 - 11:30 a.m.

Join a Philbrook horticulturist for a Family Nature Walk at 10 a.m., then stick around for an exciting hands-on nature exploration designed just for kids and their grownups! Free for members, general admission for adults, and youth 17 and under. *Family Nature Walk is subject to cancellation due to inclement weather but Hands-On Nature Exploration will move indoors.

31st Annual Senior Resource & Health Fair

FREE Senior Resource & Health Fair BROKEN ARROW, OK (April 24, 2023) The 31st Annual Senior Resource & Health Fair is a free event presented and hosted by the Broken Arrow Senior Center to benefit those 55+, and their families, in Broken Arrow and surrounding areas. The Resource & Health Fair is set for Friday, April 28, 2023, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Central Park Community Center, 1500 South Main, Broken Arrow. “This annual event is the only event in Broken Arrow designed to help people 55 & older, and their families, discover resources available to them", says Kim Crenshaw, BA Senior Center Executive Director. “Whether seniors are interested in health care options, aging in place, local leisure choices, city resources, Medicare supplements, healthy aging, or independent living options, they come to discover the answers to all their questions during this event attended by 1,000 +.” Over 100 informational booths will be onsite in addition to free basic health screenings.
