During this two-hour workshop, spend time with award-winning author and plants-man Kelly Norris and Philbrook’s team of horticulturists. Learn hands-on, practical strategies for creating your own resilient, sustainable garden. Little Garden Explorers

Springfest at Woodward Park

April 7-8, 2023 | 9 a.m. - 3 p.m.

The annual SpringFest garden market is one of the largest educational events hosted by the Tulsa Garden Center each year, and the longest running garden market in the state. Celebrating our 68th year in 2023, the event will be held at the Teaching Garden and adjacent Arboretum, highlighting two of Woodward Park’s treasured spaces. This event is free for the public, and all event proceeds benefit educational programming, beautification, and historic preservation for the 45-acre Woodward Park campus. Herbal Affair & Festival

The annual Herbal Affair & Festival in Sand Springs features over 100 vendors selling medicinal and ornamental herbs. TAAS Monthly Member Meeting

Trash Bash and Recycling Rally

April 29, 2023 | 8 a.m. - 12 p.m.

Join us on Saturday, April 29, 2023 for the annual Trash Bash and Recycling Rally. The Trash Bash is Broken Arrow's litter cleanup day in which groups of people volunteer to beautify their neighborhoods by picking up trash and debris from our roads and waterways. The biannual Recycling Rally is a recycling drop-off event for hard-to-recycle items like electronics, sharps, batteries, tires (limit of 10), and more! To volunteer as an individual or group for the Trash Bash litter cleanup: Click Here You do not need to sign up or volunteer to clean up litter to participate in the drive-through Recycling Rally. Just show up with your recyclables and our friendly volunteers will remove the item(s) from your car and you'll be good to go.
