Miami 125th Anniversary Celebration

March 3-5, 2016

Join the citizens of Miami, Oklahoma this March for an exciting celebration of the 125th anniversary of the town. There will be a celebration ceremony at the Miami Civic Center, a parade through downtown Miami, a celebration concert at the historic Coleman Theatre and much more. Stroll down historic downtown Miami and enjoy live music, great food and friendly people during this special community event.

Keeping 'Em in the Green

March 10, 2016 | 6 - 10 p.m.

The Quinn and Rucker Families will honor Tom Quinn, Sr. and John Rucker while raising funds for Meals on Wheels of Metro Tulsa at the 9th annual Keeping ‘Em In The Green event on Thursday, March 10, 2016. The festivities will begin at 6:00 p.m. at the John L. Rucker Warehouse, located at 1227 S. Detroit Avenue. A great celebration of Irish culture! Live music from Cairde na Gael Authentic Irish food Complimentary wine and beer Photo memento Live auction, with a special Irish whiskey toast to kick off the live auction.

Tulsa Symphony presents: Beneath the Score

March 12, 2016

During a very special evening of music, the Tulsa Symphony performs Mahler's Resurrection Symphony, more commonly known as "Symphony No. 2." Conducted by Benjamin Zander, some of the best musicians in Oklahoma perform one of Gustav Mahler's most loved works. All Tulsa Symphony performances are located in the Tulsa Performing Arts Center's beautiful Chapman Music Hall, a 2,365-seat venue with stunning architecture and convenient concessions located on each level.


Flying Fez Wine Festival

March 12, 2016

Enjoy one of Oklahoma's biggest and best wine tasting events at the Flying Fez Wine Tasting Festival in Muskogee. Hosted by the Bedouin Shriners, it will take place at the Shriners' Temple in Muskogee. Sample award-winning wines from ten Oklahoma wineries while listening to music. Gourmet Italian food will be served from 11:30am-3pm, and guests to the festival receive an embossed wine glass. The wine festival hours are from 11am to 5pm. This event is for those 21 and older.
