Bullying and Beyond: Workplace Conflict presented by Griffin Pivateau, J.D. Commit your company to providing a workplace free of bullying. Most employers have sexual harassment policies, but do not have one addressing bullying in the workplace. The proactive employer will realize that creating a means of addressing bullying must be a priority. In this webinar, we discuss workplace bullying, address the potential legal claims that it can generate, and outline a proposed risk management plan. At the end of this webinar, you should be able to discuss the concept of bullying, understand the risks created by bullying in the workplace, and identify strategies to manage bullying.
