Free RoCo Fit Couch to 5k Program
Every Tuesday & Thursday | 6 - 7 p.m.
June 1, 6 & 8, 2017
Experienced mentors will guide participants through 12 weeks of progressive walk or walk/run workouts designed to help them finish a 5k Mock race. Professionals will educate on form, injury prevention, core strength, nutrition, and safety. RoCo Fit is free of charge to anyone 13 years old or older and live, work, play, or learn in Rogers County. Twice a week mentored workouts at Claremore Lake, weekly educational emails, and professional presentations all included in program. First and last workouts are a pre/post-mile and are held at Claremore High School Track - all other workouts are at Claremore Lake. Ending with a Mock 5k at Claremore Lake on June 8th.

The Demand Project Golf Tournament
June 19, 2017 | 8 a.m. - 3 p.m.
One of the main missions for The Demand Project is to protect children and stop predators from harming them. The Demand Project has a team of very skilled current and former law enforcement and military professionals tasked with finding online predators and gathering actionable intelligence.That "actionable" intelligence is then turned over to law enforcement members for arrest and prosecution. Join us on June 19th, 2017 at the beautiful Golf Club of Oklahoma for our annual golf tournament aimed at raising funds that go specifically to The Demand Project Cyber Team to continue the mission of stopping predators and protecting children. There will be: Continental Breakfast Lunch Practice Facility Player Gift Package 18 Holes of Golf with Cart Snacks and Beverages Awards Ceremony Silent Auction
