First Friday Art Crawl
May 1, 2026 | 6 - 9 p.m.
Since 2007, the Tulsa Arts District has presented the community with rotating art displays as part of the monthly First Friday Art Crawl events. Every first Friday of the month, visitors can explore artwork inside galleries, studios and museums and catch a few live music performances or even an exciting fireworks display. As a bonus, art crawlers can take advantage of free museum and gallery admission while shopping later than normal business hours would allow. Hit the district early for dinner, or stay a little later for a craft cocktail best enjoyed on an outdoor patio.

Carney Fest

The Church Studio proudly announces CARNEY FEST ’26, a two-day music festival inspired by Leon Russell’s legendary 1972 Carney album. The festival unites two of Tulsa’s most iconic music landmarks, Cain’s Ballroom and The Church Studio, for a celebration of music, history, and community. FRIDAY, MAY 1, 2026 – Cain’s Ballroom Headliner: ROBERT RANDOLPH with special guests Knipple & Friends Carney Fest begins Friday evening at the historic Cain’s Ballroom with a headline performance by Robert Randolph, newly honored with a 2026 Grammy and renowned for his explosive blend of gospel, blues, funk, and rock. Fresh from the Grammy stage in February, Randolph joins the Carney Fest lineup, affirming his place as a defining force in American music and one of today’s most electrifying live performers. Opening for Robert Randolph is Knipple, a Tulsa favorite known for their standout musicianship and spirited mix of rock, blues, and Americana. Their dynamic live energy makes them the perfect lead-in to Randolph’s powerful performance. Doors open at 5:30 pm. Music begins at 7 pm. SATURDAY, MAY 2, 2026 – Street Fest at The Church Studio Live Music • Food • Tours • Exhibitors • Community • Fun Carney Fest continues Saturday at The Church Studio with a lively street festival on Trenton Avenue, closed from 3rd Street to 4th Place for the celebration. The day features 12 outstanding Oklahoma and regional artists performing across two stages, the covered outdoor Street Stage on Trenton and the Studio Stage inside the legendary Live Room. Guests can enjoy a full day of live music, local food, guided tours of The Church Studio, and a festive, carnival-style atmosphere with jugglers and roaming entertainers. Gates are open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., with music beginning at 11 a.m. Saturday Street Festival lineup includes Peggy Johnson, Tom Pevear, Brother Rabbit, Jim Bachmann, Native Strange, Hi-Fi Hillbillies, The Websters, Luke Rountree & The Wild Mercury, Tempest Revival, Upscale Smoke, Patti Steel, and Street Festival headliner: David Thayer.
Tulsa Ballet presents: Marilyn

Watch the Tulsa Ballet pay tribute to the life and legacy of Marilyn Monroe in their production of "Marilyn" at the Lorton Performance Center. The magnetic choreography will explore the emotional highs and lows of the Hollywood icon's life, blending glamor with the vulnerability and strength of the woman beyond the character. Springtime at Shepherd’s Cross - an authentic working farm just north of Claremore, OK, on Scenic Route 66 - begins with the arrival of our newborn lambs. We invite you to come watch the flock peacefully graze the pastures and rest by the still waters, while the lambs jump for joy and frolic in the fields. Tour Options • Self-Guided Tour (Donation-based; suggested $5 per person) Stroll the farm at your own pace and enjoy watching the sheep in their natural habitat. • Guided Walking Tour (Donation-based; suggested $5 per person) Learn more about our flock with a guided walk adjacent to the pastures. Drop-ins are welcome, or you may pre-schedule. • Guided Wagon Ride Tour ($7 per person) Experience the flock up close with a wagon ride directly into the pasture. o Note: Must be pre-scheduled. Oklahoma Renaissance Festival

Step back in time to the 16th century with Queen Elizabeth I of England and hundreds of entertainers and artisans as they create the boisterous Village of Castleton at the Oklahoma Renaissance Festival. Held at the Castle of Muskogee, this beloved annual event features a royal court, jousters and jesters, magicians, musicians, and minstrels. Delight your taste buds with wonderful and unique foods or browse through vendor booths for one-of-a-kind items. Bring the entire family and enjoy a day in Renaissance England. Journey to an age of sorcerers, knights in shining armor, kings, queens, and maidens fair. When planning your voyage to Castleton, it is important to note, costumes are encouraged. On any festival day, patrons may discover guests dressed as fairies, Renaissance villagers and nobles, sci-fi characters and even pirates. Guests can enjoy a wide variety of food and drink at one of the many merchants stationed throughout the festival grounds. Special evening events include the Masque'd Ball and The Pirate's Feaste.

Mahler's Symphony No. 2,

Will Rogers Stampede PRCA Rodeo
