Carol's and Crumpets is an Herbal craft fair that signals the Christmas season is here. Always held the first Saturday in December at the Tulsa Garden Center, you can get your Christmas shopping and decorating done with the beautiful hand crafted items and fresh greenery. Visit the Tulsa Herb Society’s 29th Carols and Crumpets herbal craft fair at the Tulsa Garden Center on Saturday, Dec. 1st , to find holiday decorations and more. Throughout the year leading up to the event, cooks and crafters of the club create hand-made items that are sold at the fair. A portion of the proceeds benefit the Tulsa Garden Center and Linnaeus Teaching Garden. The club’s main booth will offer live greenery, from evergreens to magnolia branches, that can be used to create wreaths, garlands or centerpieces for the dining table. There are a lot of different handmade items from members and artisans who come and share their wares.

The Collinsville Chamber of Commerce is busy preparing for the 2018 Collinsville Christmas Parade taking place on Saturday, December 8 at 11:00 am. This year’s parade, which is themed “Rockin’ Around the Christmas Tree” will make its way down Main Street between 15th Street and 9th Street. A parade entry form is required for all entries. Collinsville is bringing back their popular Hometown Christmas variety show for a third year this December. There will be three performances this year: Friday, December 14 at 7:00 pm and Saturday, December 15 at 2:00 pm and 7:00 pm. All performances will take place at Herron’s Crown Opry Theater on Main Street. This Dickensian-themed variety show lasts about two hours, with over 80 performers to entertain you with holiday songs and dances. Brian Nhira & Friends from ‘The Voice’ to Perform 3rd Annual Tulsa Christmas Concert at the TCC VanTrease PACE. Tulsa, OK -- Brian Nhira, an incredibly gifted vocalist from Tulsa, amazed the nation when he appeared on season 10 of NBC’s Emmy award winning show ‘The Voice.’ And, for the past two years Nhira has hosted a sold out Tulsa Christmas concert with his friends from ‘The Voice’ and an array of local talent. Presented by Good Life Music and Media Lessons, on Saturday December 22nd, the third iteration of this annual local favorite Christmas concert will feature a collection of the most popular pop Christmas tunes as well as some of the classics performed by ‘The Voice’ alumni Brian Nhira (Season 10), Caity Peters (Season 10), Alaska Holloway (Season 6), and Mark Hood (Season 9).
