The Halloween Festival at the Castle of Muskogee The Halloween Festival at the Castle of Muskogee will be open each Friday & Saturday during October 2023. Gates will be open from 5:30pm until 10pm. Outdoor Haunts begin at dark & indoor haunts open after the Monster Dance at 6pm. Ticket sales will end at 10pm. The haunts will stay open after 10pm in order to allow onsite ticket holders to use their remaining haunt tickets.
Create new family memories with a trip to the Country Bumpkin Pumpkin Patch in Bartlesville each fall. Open seasonally from late September through the end of October, the Country Bumpkin is more than just a pumpkin patch. Tucked away in beautiful countryside, visitors will also find a variety of activities for children and adults alike. Come on down to Pumpkin Town Farms in Tulsa for an array of family-friendly fall activities. At this family-owned pumpkin patch and five-acre maze, you'll find various sizes of pumpkins, gourds and squash as well as hay and cornstalks. Families will have a blast at Pumpkin Town Farms, where they can enjoy a corn maze, giant slide rides, two trains, a giant jumping pillow, petting zoo, treasure dig, tire swing carousel, tiny town, pumpkin bowling, pumpkin checkers, face painting, and so much more. Pumpkin Town Farms also offers pony and camel rides, a pumpkin blaster, critter paintball and a horse-drawn hayride (Friday-Sunday only).

Pumpkin Festival at Shepherd’s Cross & Heart of the Shepherd September 26 – November 4, 2023 Tuesday – Saturday 9:00 am - 6:30 pm Open Monday, October 30th Join Shepherd’s Cross and Heart of the Shepherd for their annual Pumpkin Festival. Enjoy a peaceful day in the country at an authentic working sheep farm, located just north of Claremore off Route 66. Filled with family-friendly activities with no scares. Loads of pumpkins in all shapes, sizes, and colors for purchase, starting at $1.50 each. Admission and parking are free. The only pay-for activity is the Wagon Ride. Enjoy a tractor-pulled wagon ride on a ramp-loading trailer through the hay meadow. Wagon ride tickets are available for $6.50 per person; 2 and under are free. Wagon rides are every 30 minutes. There are over 60 free activities to enjoy on the farm. Explore the walk-through Pumpkin Patch with Hay Maze and Game Area. Pet sheep, goats, horses, donkeys, and alpacas in the Farm Animal Barn petting area. Walk the Bible Garden and see pumpkins growing on the vine surrounded by sunflowers and fall flowers. All new this year is our QR Code Scavenger Hunt. Look around the farm for QR codes to scan and watch short videos about farming and shepherding. Pumpkin Packages are available to purchase, which include a pumpkin (size of pumpkin varies with type of package), wagon ride, and a take-home craft or bring some old clothes to make your own scarecrow. Packages start at $9.50 per person. Inside the Amish-built barn browse the gift shop with handmade décor, gifts, and wares from 60 local consignors as well as local honey, meat, and eggs; explore the Farm Museum and Silo with the all new animated Percy the Perfect Pumpkin story time, and watch fiber demonstrations in the Wool Mill. There are modern indoor restrooms. Shepherd’s Cross is an accredited Agritourism facility, a Made in Oklahoma Company, and a Grass-Fed, Grass-Finished Animal Welfare Approved farm. Heart of the Shepherd is the non-profit organization (501-C3) that operates at the farm. Heart of the Shepherd teaches Biblical references to the harvest, the animals, farming, and gardening. Because of their generosity, admission to Pumpkin Festival is free and operates by donations. Suggested donation is $5 per person; suggested, not required. All donations benefit Heart of the Shepherd’s international and local mission outreach programs.

Celebrate the fall season at Vinita’s 36th annual Oktoberfest. Pay tribute to the season and German culture with dancing, kids activities and authentic German, Asian, Native American, Mexican and American food at this seasonal event. Bring the kids along for the festival’s many child-friendly activities. The Kids’ Tent features crafts, face painting and balloon art for the little ones or kids can head outside to participate in pony rides and a petting zoo. With so many booths and activities, there’s fun for the whole family at this vibrant fall festival.

Bixby’s 9th annual Hallow(themed) Party will be held on Saturday, October 28th, 4:00-7:00 pm. The event will stretch down Dawes, in downtown Bixby, with the main stage being located at under the Downtown River District arches. This community event is FREE and features attractions such as carnival games, carnival rides, inflatables, axe throwing, pony rides, hay rides, caricature drawings, face painting, food trucks, and trick or treating with Bixby businesses spanning down Dawes street in downtown Bixby. The event will feature a competitive costume contest with community respected judges and prizes provided by local businesses. There will be a LIVE PRODUCTION with your favorite Disney characters, with several showtimes throughout the event. Additionally, SWAG BAGS will be given out to the first 250 kids in attendance. ** The Hallow(themed) Party is designed to provide family-friendly, fun, and safe festivities in the heart of downtown Bixby. It is made possible by a combined effort of local South Tulsa businesses and organizations.
