Pumpkin Festival at Shepherd’s Cross

September 24 – November 7, 2015 Thursday, Friday and Saturday 9:00 am – 6:30 p.m. And - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday by appointment Closed Sunday • The Pumpkin Festival is a harvest celebration held at Shepherd’s Cross, an authentic working farm, just north of Claremore OK on Scenic Route 66. • Come to the farm and enjoy the peace of a few hours spent in the country. • Wholesome fun for the entire family includes hay maze, festive outdoor & indoor games, Farm Animal Petting Barn, farm demonstrations and festive fall story time. The farm’s focus is educational, fall festive fun. • Truckloads of pumpkins of all shapes and sizes for purchase; as well as straw bales & corn stalks. • Hayrides go out approximately every 30 minutes. • Farm Museum & Educational Farm Silo is open – free admission. • Buses and large groups are welcome; groups larger than 20 please pre-schedule. • Antique Farm Equipment - demonstrations • The Bible Garden is available for guided or self-guided tours; audio or visual or both. • Shepherd’s Shop, a quaint country gift shop, is an event in itself - featuring a host of festive fall, handmade and farm related gifts and wares from many gifted artisans; a year round “craft fair”. Healthy choice foods and grass fed, grass finished meats and wool items are available. • Shepherd’s Cross is home to Heart of the Shepherd Inc., a public, non-profit Christian organization (501-C3) that teaches Biblical references to the harvest, the animals, farming and gardening. Biblical references are found throughout the farm experience. • The event is available free of charge – provided by Heart of the Shepherd. Donations are accepted; $3 per person suggested donation. • Hayrides are $5.00 per person; children one and under are free. • Modern indoor restrooms; snacks & beverages. • Package deals are available - $5 & $6 & 8 – includes hayride, all activities & a pumpkin to take home - sizes vary with package; while supplies last; see website for more information. • Pumpkins arrive the last full week of September – available September 24. Beat the crowds. Come early. • The Pumpkin Festival will proceed even in the case of inclimate weather. Jenks Church Craft Show

November 7, 2015

Make your way to Jenks for the semi-annual Jenks Church Craft Show. Over 70 vendors are expected at this event, with wares including jewelry, glass, home decor, dolls, crocheted items, embroidery, scrapbooking materials, baby items, bows and more. Wide aisles and large booths make for a comfortable shopping environment where you can browse all day long. Swag bags and raffle items will be given away throughout the day, and concessions and a seating area will be available.

Dewey Christmas Arts & Crafts Show & Sale

November 7-8, 2015

The Christmas Arts & Crafts Show & Sale in Dewey is an annual holiday craft show featuring hand-crafted items including holiday decorations, home decor made from metal and wood, tole paintings, candles, jewelry and much more. Browse through various vendor booths and work up an appetite in preparation for lunch, served from 11am-2pm each day of the event. Feast on chicken and noodles, baked potatoes, hot dogs, Frito chili pie, brownies and pie. Other items available will include handmade purses, apparel, original artwork and cookbooks.

Lights On!

Fantasy Land of Lights

November 20-30, 2015

Rhema Christmas Lights

November 25-30, 2015

Join over 200,000 annual visitors at the Rhema Christmas Lights display and witness over two million lights and over 100,000 shimmering bulbs synchronized to Christmas music. This much-loved lights display in Broken Arrow began in 1982 and has been attracting thousands of visitors ever since. Visitors to the Rhema Christmas Lights event can drive through the lights in their own vehicle, get out of the car and walk around the park, or view the spectacular displays from a carriage. Horse-drawn carriage rides will be available on select evenings.

Garden of Lights

November 26-30, 2015

Experience animated displays and over 1,000,000 shimmering lights at Muskogee's annual Garden of Lights. Drive through Honor Heights Park and view 120 acres of trees, bushes and water areas decorated for the holiday season. Visit Garden of Lights and experience the natural beauty of the park filled with twinkling streams of light. View rose and azalea bushes illuminated with color, imitating their natural state during the blooming of spring. This Christmas light display will also feature lighted displays of deer, squirrels and birds scattered amongst a wide variety of trees wrapped in lights. Guests are invited to enjoy all this holiday beauty from the comfort of a hay ride or from an outdoor synthetic ice rink set up within the park called WinterSkate at the Papilion. Admission to Garden of Lights is free; however, donations are appreciated.

Winter Wonderland Christmas Light Tour

Come and enjoy this spectacular old-fashioned Christmas light display featuring over 400,000 lights. Step back in time and become a child again with illuminated log cabins, antique cars and woodland animals all aglow at the Winter Wonderland Christmas Light Tour. Get into the Christmas spirit along the shores of Grand Lake as you drive through the twinkling grounds of Pine Lodge Resort in Ketchum. Admission is free and visitors can drive through the grounds as many times as they like.

Twin Bridges Park of Lights

Dress warmly for the brisk winter chill and bring the family out for a drive through this annual Christmas lights display, set up in beautiful Twin Bridges Park near Fairland. Twin Bridges Park of Lights features a dazzling collection of over 40 brightly lit holiday displays. One of the largest displays of twinkling Christmas lights in the area, Twin Bridges Park of Lights transports holiday visitors to an evening wonderland filled with themed displays. More than 20,000 visitors drive through this lights display each year, so show up after the sun sets for your chance to view the lights. Santa Claus will make appearances on select nights, and free hot dogs and drinks will be available on select nights as well. Admission is free; however, donations are appreciated.

Castle Christmas

November 26-30, 2015

Experience one of the world's largest collections of holiday inflatables at this year's Castle Christmas, held at the Castle of Muskogee. Take a drive through the kingdom's winter wonderland and enjoy over 2,000 displays in various holiday scenes ranging from four to 20 feet in height. Bring the whole family and hop on an old-fashioned, tractor-drawn hayride or snuggle up with someone special on a horse-drawn carriage ride throughout the Christmas village. Castle Christmas will also feature a petting zoo for the kids and a special visit from Santa and Rudolph. Visit the holiday gift shop and create a festive ornament with Santa's elves or enjoy a free holiday movie shown at the Castle. This event is free; however, donations are much appreciated. Make your way to Muskogee for a breathtaking, old-fashioned Christmas celebration.

Woolaroc Wonderland of Lights
