July 2, 2019 | 6 p.m.

FOR IMMEDIATE PRESS RELEASE Heart of the Shepherd Mission – Mission Trip to Sierra Leone Meal & Presentation At Shepherd’s Cross, 16792 East 450 Road, Claremore, OK Tuesday July 2nd, 6:00 pm Heart of the Shepherd representative Jared Hutchins traveled on a mission trip to Sierra Leone this spring. He is coming to Shepherd’s Cross to share his experiences as he taught Sierra Leoneans Agricultural practices along with their agriculture college. He also checked on their flock that was started by Heart of the Shepherd workers in Kenema Village a few years back. In conjunction with his presentation will be a pot luck Sierra Leonean meal. You are welcome to bring an authentic (or not authentic) Sierra Leone dish to share if you would like. This is a free event. Come out to meet local neighbors, volunteers, staff and others from Sierra Leone. Heart of the Shepherd Mission is operated entirely on donations. All donations are tax deductible and will be used to further the gospel. The mission of Heart of the Shepherd is to transform lives through the sharing of Biblical messages that pertain to agriculture, and to teach agriculturally related life skills to impoverished, remote people groups around the world.
