Wednesday July 4 Jenks Freedom Fest Fish and Fireworks at the Oklahoma Aquarium 6:30 p.m. at the Oklahoma Aquarium, 300 Aquarium Dr. The skies over Jenks will light up with one of the longest, most brilliant fireworks shows in the area and the Oklahoma Aquarium backyard offers a front row view. The Oklahoma Aquarium will be open regular hours during the day – 10:00 to 6:00 with the last entry at 5:00. The Aquarium will reopen at 6:30 and offer half-price admission. Bring lawn chairs and blankets, but no outside food or coolers please. Food and beverages will be available for purchase in the Coral Reef Cafe’ and outside on the deck by McGraw Beach. Enjoy the exhibits, then head outside to see the fireworks! 11th Annual Los Cabos Boomfest at RiverWalk Crossing Grab the kids and come on out for a day full of fun! Los Cabos and the Riverwalk will be host to events and music all day long leading up to the largest firework display in Tulsa at 9:45 pm! Wednesday July 4 Folds of Honor Freedom Fest River West Festival Park and along the Arkansas River A myriad of colorful fireworks will be launched to into the night sky. Over 6,000 large firework shells will be shot in a 25-minute show. In a blaze of light and sound, spectators will enjoy a carefully-orchestrated, precision display reminiscent of the early battles of the American Revolution 242 years ago! Live entertainment, food, and beverages, and Kids’ Zone inflatables and games. Activities begin at 5:00 p.m. at Veterans Park located at 1875 S. Boulder Avenue and at River West Festival Park located at 2100 S. Jackson Ave. Inflatables are free and available to the public. Additional activities, food, and beverages will be available from festival vendors.
