AVB Bank proudly announces two promotions within the retail banking department. Vanessa Luna will serve as Assistant Vice President and Branch Manager, and Crystal Pack will serve as Assistant Branch Manager and Bank Officer, both located at the Tulsa Mingo branch (9800 E. 51st St., Tulsa, OK).

Vanessa Luna, Assistant Vice President and Branch Manager

Luna joined AVB in August 2021. She has quickly excelled, progressing to the positions of Lead Teller and Personal Banker, and her most recent role as Assistant Branch Manager and Bank Officer. In her role as Branch Manager, she will oversee the daily branch operations, managing and guiding retail staff to ensure safety and efficiency within the branch and the bank. Luna is an essential talent to the bank, highlighted by her internal promotions over the years and dedication to serving AVB customers and our community.

Crystal Pack, Assistant Branch Manager and Bank Officer

Pack has been with AVB for five years, first serving as a teller, and most recently as Lead Teller. With this promotion to Assistant Branch Manager, she will also serve as an Officer for the bank. Pack will work directly with Luna, supervising daily branch operations, ensuring compliance with banking regulations and policies, and building and maintaining relationships with customers.

“Vanessa and Crystal are outstanding examples of the talent we are fortunate to have within our organization,” said Donna Malaguti, AVB Retail Banking Director and Senior Vice President. “Both have grown tremendously throughout their time with AVB, and we are excited to see them continue developing their leadership skills while building a strong, successful team at our Tulsa Mingo location.”
