As Medicare’s Annual Enrollment Period approaches, Oct. 15 through Dec. 7, 2026, Everything Insurance Group of Tulsa is reminding Oklahoma seniors that the plan they relied on this year may change significantly for 2027 or may no longer be available in their area, and that a few minutes of review each fall can prevent months of frustration.

Everything Insurance welcomes seniors to “ask them anything about Medicare coverages in Oklahoma” and receive practical common sense advice, at no charge.

Oklahomans have numerous Medicare coverage options, including Original Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement and Part D prescription drug plans. Available options vary by county and can change from year to year, making an annual coverage review especially important.

Common Sense Answers

That complexity is exactly why Everything Insurance Group, who are family-owned by Alex and Abrina Tarasenko, and an Oklahoma-licensed agency at 1703 E. Skelly Dr. in Tulsa, built its Medicare practice around providing Oklahomans with common sense answers and education rather than sales.

“We are the agents looking out for our clients and help them reduce their frustrations by giving honest, well-informed advice for an individual’s needs,” said co-owner Abrina Tarasenko. “Our approach is proactive. Our assistance is nonbiased and presented with the upfront realities of where things stand in 2027. Some Medicare beneficiaries may see significant changes to their current coverage for 2027, and some plans may no longer be available in their area. We help clients understand those changes and compare the Medicare options we represent based on their individual needs. Ultimately, the decision belongs to the client.”

Tarasenko said the goal is never to steer clients toward a single product. “It’s all about a common sense perspective rather than a selling perspective to choices. We set up our clients with choices, explain the differences, and ultimately it is their decision.”

Advantage plan or Medicare Supplement plan?

Medicare Advantage and Part D prescription drug plans can change from year to year. Premiums, benefits, provider and pharmacy networks, drug formularies and cost-sharing can change for the new plan year, even when a plan’s name remains the same. A provider or pharmacy that participates in a plan’s network in 2026 may not participate in 2027, and prescription drug coverage or costs may also change. That’s why reviewing coverage each year can be important.

“Our service revolves around what Oklahoma seniors need to know,” said co-owner Alex Tarasenko. “We want to provide clear information and practical, common-sense guidance based on each client’s individual needs. Medicare coverage can change from year to year, so we remind seniors not to let the Annual Enrollment Period pass without reviewing their coverage. There is no charge to meet with us and review the Medicare options we represent.”

Everything Insurance Group represents a broad lineup of Oklahoma licensed carriers, giving clients side-by-side comparisons of Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement and Part D prescription drug plans rather than a single company’s offerings. Consultations are offered in person at the Tulsa office or by phone, with client information kept confidential throughout.

A Full Service Insurance Agency

Alongside its Medicare work, Everything Insurance Group also assists Oklahomans with home, auto, life and business insurance. The agency was named a 2026 Value News Best Choice Gold Seal Honoree for Home, Auto & Business Insurance and was voted twice as Best Insurance Agent in both 2025 and 2026 and 2026 Best Insurance Agency in the Tulsa World Best of Tulsa contests.

The Tarasenkos say that same neighborly approach extends beyond the office. Everything Insurance Group is a sponsor, donor and volunteer partner of BeHeard Movement, the Tulsa nonprofit that operates a mobile drop-in center providing showers, laundry, haircuts and case management to people experiencing homelessness.

Owned and operated locally by the Tarasenkos for more than a decade, the agency counts many of its Medicare clients as returning customers who come back year after year for the same patient, unhurried guidance.

For seniors who have not reviewed their coverage recently, the Tarasenkos say now is the time to begin, before the December 7 Medicare Annual Enrollment deadline.
