Celebrate Independence Day in Vinita with a spectacular display in the summer sky at the annual Vinita Fireworks Show. Bring all your family and friends to the Vinita High School Football field for a day of fun and festivities! Starts after sunset.
Bixby Freedom Celebration
July 1, 2022 | 7 - 10 p.m.
The Bixby Freedom Celebration has the largest free public fireworks extravaganza in the area! Food Trucks, a junior firefighter challenge, and a beautiful patriotic program will be open to those of all ages; bring lawn chairs and blankets and prepare to enjoy an evening that culminates in a firework display. Fireworks begin at 9:45p.m.

Kids Fishing Derby

Claremore Lake Park will host the 4th of July Kids Fishing Derby on Saturday, July 2nd! The park opens at 7a.m. and weigh-in will be at 10a.m. Trophies will be awarded for Biggest and Smallest Fish in each age group, as well as overall Biggest and Smallest. Age groups for this year are 4-6 years, 7-9 years and 10-12 years. Stick around after the trophy presentation for the Bike and Raffle drawings! The park will then close to prepare for a fantastic, fun filled night.

Tulsa's Gathering Place is holding a Fireworks Pre-Party on their North Land Bridge Lawn (off Riverside Trail)! The event will have live music courtesy of DJ Phil the Vib3s, food trucks and lawn games; and guests can also enjoy the fireworks show, which will begin after dar. Admission is free!
