Tuesdays, Guthrie Green 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm. FREE. n just 55 minutes, you will focus on areas we struggle with the most: hips, thighs, seat, abs, and arms. Barre is a low impact yet high intensity total body workout combining elements of ballet, pilates and yoga. Achieve the leanest, most toned body you've ever had by taking barre classes with Pure Barre and Barre3 (rotating weekly)! When you practice barre at Guthrie Green, you always get a balanced, total-body workout! Every workout includes an isometric hold, small one-inch movements, and low-impact, dynamic moves that involve a larger range of motion. This signature three-step sequence is designed—and proven— to burn fat, build muscle and break plateaus. Influenced by yoga, Pilates, and ballet, barre is designed to transform the body to one of equal balance, strength & flexibility. This class is for ages 14+ and is FREE and open to the public. In addition to their NEW Guthrie Green classes, Pure Barre has locations in South Tulsa & Midtown an offer over 50 classes a week!
