On November 15, 2025, Safenet Services, Inc. will be holding the 21st Annual Festival of Trees gala to generate crucial operational funds for the upcoming year. As a local non-profit, Safenet strives to create a safe, healthy and supportive environment for individuals and families healing from the consequences of domestic violence, sexual assault and stalking.

This year, the Festival of Trees is more important than ever. Safenet Services’ home office in Claremore experienced a devastating flood from a sewage line back-up. The building is under renovation, and the shelter is inoperable. For the time being, Safenet’s employees have been relocated to a temporary office to continue outreach services and keep their crisis line open for survivors in Rogers County.

What is The Festival of Trees?

The Festival of Trees is a holiday-themed dinner and auction gala that serves as a beacon of hope, bringing together a community dedicated to the well-being of others. This enchanting evening is not only a celebration of the season, but also a pivotal fundraising opportunity.

Being a formal event, guests are asked to dress in semi-formal attire. For those purchasing a general admission ticket, the price will include one seat at a non-reserved or sponsored table, a non-alcoholic beverage and a plated dinner followed by dessert. This ticket also gives attendees the opportunity to bid on or purchase any live or silent auction items. Alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase for those who are 21 years of age or older.

With a variety of donors and sponsors, the silent and live auctions will not only include many unique items, but also experiences, just in time for the holidays. Of course, there will be several intricately designed and decorated trees and wreaths going up for auction as well.
