Celebrate fall with pumpkins, hayrides and harvest educational activities at Shepherd's Cross, an authentic working farm in Claremore. Come out and select a pumpkin from truckloads available in all shapes and sizes at the Pumpkin Festival at Shepherd's Cross. Guests can also take-home straw bales and corn stalks for fall decorating. At this annual pumpkin festival, walk the hay maze, create a scarecrow, take a hayride, pet the animals in the petting zoo and make memories. Honor America's veterans during the Broken Arrow Elks Lodge Veterans Day Parade in the Rose District. Start the day with a patriotic parade down Main Street at 10am, which will proceed south and end at the Central Park Community Center. A Veterans Day event at the Owasso Community Center will honor those who have served in the U.S. Military with a special salute during Veterans Appreciation Week. Celebrate the holidays at Dickens on the Boulevard, a Victorian-themed festival in historic downtown Claremore. During this two-day November event, visitors will enjoy live stage entertainment, food, pictures with Santa and much more. A Victorian street dance will be hosted both nights, as well as historic reenactments with plenty of Western-themed action. Stop by living history window displays peppering the downtown area and learn about life in the Victorian era while reenactors portray blacksmiths, spinners, wood carvers and potters. Browse festive shops and decorated boutiques or enjoy a Christmas-themed wagon ride throughout town. Be sure to see the living nativity, participate in the costume contest and enjoy the Victorian food court with items like stew, beans, cornbread, and cobbler.

Spend an evening feasting alongside Queen Elizabeth during the Boare's Heade Feaste inside the Castle of Muskogee. Indulge in a magnificent five-course meal prepared by the Queen's chef de cuisine while enjoying entertainment by minstrels, belly dancers and a host of other performers. Join thousands of visitors at the annual Rhema Christmas Lights and witness over three million shimmering lights synchronized to Christmas music across 110 acres. This much-loved light display in Broken Arrow began in 1982 and has been attracting visitors ever since. Experience the wonder of illuminated festive figures like a gingerbread family with lollipops and gumdrops, Noah's ark with animals, 3D angels and reindeer, a Christmas tree forest, a 50-figure nativity scene and more. Visitors to the Rhema Christmas Lights can drive through the lights in their own vehicle, get out of the car and walk around the park, or view the spectacular displays from a horse-drawn carriage. Don't miss the Rhema Park bridge, complete with over 90,000 lights draped across the bridge alone. Synchronized to both classic and modern Christmas music, these lights have delighted visitors of all ages. While there, enjoy concessions that include cups of hot chocolate, piping hot coffee or sweet apple cider while venturing into the displays. Popcorn, funnel cakes and other treats will also be available. Admission to Rhema Christmas Lights is free; however, donations are appreciated.

Experience animated displays and over 1.2 million shimmering lights at Muskogee's annual Garden of Lights. Drive through Honor Heights Park and view 130 acres of trees, bushes and water areas decorated for the holiday season. Rose and azalea bushes will be illuminated with color, imitating their natural state during the blooming of spring. This Christmas light display will also feature lighted displays of deer, squirrels and birds scattered amongst a wide variety of trees wrapped in lights.

Downtown Tulsa is transformed into a festive wonderland during Winterfest, an annual holiday tradition. Bring friends and family together for holiday festivities and share the joyful spirit of the season. Experience the thrill of outdoor ice skating, see one of Oklahoma's tallest outdoor Christmas trees, take a ride in a horse-drawn carriage, listen to live entertainment, and browse beautiful holiday light displays. Surrounded by festive nutcrackers, twinkling lights and a 44-foot tree decked out with 35,700 lights, the outdoor ice rink is located adjacent to the BOK Center in downtown Tulsa. Head to Third & Denver to enjoy carriage rides that will take you throughout the Winterfest area. Children and adults alike will also be treated to surprise visits from Segway Santa as he wheels his way around the main plaza at the BOK Center passing out candy canes and posing for pictures. Winterfest visitors will also be treated to concessions with all your holiday favorites and a holiday market with unique Made-in-Oklahoma gifts.
