MIO Restaurant of the Month

Bedlam Bar-B-Q

By: Value News | Category: Restaurants | Issue: November 2018

Bedlam Bar-B-Q began serving their own Family Recipes in 2003 at 610 NE 50th in Oklahoma City, OK.

Bedlam typically is associated with the OU/OSU rivalry; however, they have recognized the deep association of notable Indian nations along with the state’s more notable cowboys, taking Bedlam to a different level – Cowboys & Indians.

Along with their old fashioned way of curing meats and dry rub, they offer an assortment of smoked ribs and meats.  Offering platters, salads, burgers and Bedlam special sandwiches, you’re guaranteed to leave fully satisfied.  The Bedlam sandwich is a blended meat sandwich- pork, chicken, brisket and hot link with one of the scrumptious Bedlam sides.

Speaking of their sides, they do have baked beans, cole slaw, your typical barbecue restaurant sides but egg rolls!  Of course, they have a wide variety of desserts, chocolate sheet cake, bread pudding, cobblers among many more BUT that’s not all.  With a three day prior notice, you can have them prepare your whole holiday meal – smoked whole turkey, baked spiral ham and classic sides!

This is a restaurant to be celebrated!
