City of Broken Arrow’s Rose District is kicking off the holidays Thursday, November 18 from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.



It’s a wonderful life in Broken Arrow and we would love for you to join us in kicking off the holiday season! On the evening of Thursday, November 18 the Rose District will come alive with holiday spirit. With the official lighting of the tree, the Rose District and its merchants will be celebrating the start of the holiday season with live music from Victorian Carolers, horse-drawn carriages, an open ice rink, and Santa Claus himself! This is a Broken Arrow holiday tradition and we would love for you to join us. 


Participate in the Rose District Merchant Decorating contest and win a prize! For one night only, vote for your favorite decorations and be entered into a drawing. To participate visit any of the participating Rose District mechants and scan the code displayed in their business.  


Exciting Events include: 

  • Featured music from Grady Nichols 
  • Officially turning on the lights for the first time this holiday season by Mayor Wimpee  
  • Santa Claus meet and greet in the iconic Broken Arrow sleighs 
  • Victorian Carolers throughout the district singing your favorite holiday tunes 
  • Horse-drawn carriages making their way up and down Main Street
