The ladies of the Indian Women's Pocahontas Club are an inspiring group focused on sharing the joy of the future. Education is a primary focus for the club, and they encourage young people to further their education by providing a variety of scholarships. These scholarships are available to Cherokees, both male and female, who are graduating high school senior or undergraduate studies and entering an accredited institution of higher education, including a college, university, career tech, or vocational school. The $1000.00 per academic year scholarships are available to each recipient for up to four years and are very useful because scholarship monies go directly to the student to use as needed.

The IWPC provides 10 scholarships, one Dawson-Nelson Akanadi Endowed Scholarship Fund at Oklahoma State University, three Foreman Faulkner Endowments at Rogers State University, one Imogene King Crutchfield Scholarship, two Doris "Coke" Meyer Memorial Scholarships, and one Cherokee Nation Foundation Scholarship, for a total of 18 scholarships.

The Indian Women’s Pocahontas Club is pleased to announce the recipients of Higher Education Scholarships for the upcoming 2025-2026 academic year.
