In March, the service center leveled up in the excellence they provide their customers with the introduction of new management. Service manager, Cliff Koger recently took the reins and is excited to share an even greater service experience at Bob Moore. He brings with him over 35 years of experience in the industry, as well as his most trusted Lead Advisor, Mackenzie Rice.

One new element is the inclusion of in-house availability of genuine MOPAR parts and accessories for most vehicles, including Jeep and high-performance cars and trucks. Running boards, lift kits, tires, wheels, and all types of accessories will be available on-site, rather than needing to be ordered in. This provision will enable such benefits as in-house financing with accessories included in vehicle purchases, and warranties on all accessories and parts purchased from Bob Moore. MOPAR provides authentic OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts, as well as accessories that enable customer desired customization. The added benefit to having the parts on-site will allow greater accessibility for their customers, with competitive pricing.

Also coming to the Bob Moore Service Center will be added technicians, to ensure the fastest and most efficient service time. “We know the most important thing for everyone is time,” Cliff said, “so we’re going to add more techs that we need to make sure our customers get their vehicle back quickly.”
With spring, ensuring cars and trucks are in peak condition is key with the season’s temperamental weather. “You’ll want to make sure your AC system is ready,” said Cliff. “You know Oklahoma.” Having brakes and tires checked, as well as auto-alignment will give auto owners peace of mind for summer travel.
