Tim grew up in Mounds, Oklahoma, and has been in the automotive business a total of 23 years. After graduating from technical college, Tim landed his first job as an automotive technician. He earned his Certified Technician rating and, later, received his ASE Master Technician Certification. Tim has served the industry as a shop foreman, a service and parts director, and worked three years in sales management.
“Our Certified Technicians are factory trained, and several are Master Certified Chrysler Technicians,” said Tim. Each time you bring your Chrysler, Jeep or Dodge to South Pointe for service, your vehicle will receive a free visual inspection for your peace of mind. The printed report provides a review of your vehicle’s maintenance schedules and informs you of anything South Pointe believes you should know about your vehicle based on its odometer reading and time on the road. Recommendations will be made, if needed, for a treatment plan. The report is complete, easy to read and understand, and enables you to make educated decisions for your vehicle’s service needs based on ratings of Pass, Caution or Fail.
Some of the items included on the multipoint inspection report include tire tread depth, brake lining thickness, hoses and clamps, drive belts, battery terminals and cables, and a windshield inspection for cracks, chips and pitting. Additionally, a technician will inspect the engine, transmission and cooling systems for leaks, check and adjust tire pressure, and check hood struts. It is a thorough visual inspection of your vehicle.
If service is recommended, the report includes a complete list of labor and materials costs. You will also receive information to help you understand the recommended services, plus reasons for their consideration. It’s all about safety and confidence. The information and recommendations are provided to ensure peace of mind by helping you understand the operating state of your vehicle and the services recommended.
Bring your Chrysler, Jeep or Dodge vehicle to South Pointe whenever it needs service or recommended maintenance. And it doesn’t matter where you purchased your vehicle; Tim and his crew will always make you feel welcome.
