Hospitality House of Tulsa will celebrate 20 years of serving families in medical crisis at Hospitality Under the Stars: 20th Anniversary Celebration on Thursday, Oct. 1, at 5:30 p.m. at DoubleTree Tulsa Warren Place.
Guests will enjoy a catered dinner, silent auction, vacation station, restaurant card pull and live, in-person stories from families served by Hospitality House of Tulsa. Jim Bridenstine, former NASA Administrator and CEO of Quantum Space, will serve as the keynote speaker. Sunny Leigh, multimedia personality, will emcee the event.
“Twenty years ago, Brooke Gage and I set out to begin a mission that was deeply personal to us: providing families in medical crisis with a safe, welcoming place to stay while they cared for a loved one,” said Toni Moore, President and CEO of Hospitality House of Tulsa.
“We had a vision for what Hospitality House could be, but we could never have imagined the impact of serving more than 11,000 families, each with their own story and their own unique medical journey. Celebrating 20 years is an opportunity to honor where we began, recognize the incredible community that has helped us grow and look ahead to the families who will need Hospitality House in the next 20 years.”
Since opening their doors in 2006, Hospitality House of Tulsa has served families and patients from all 77 counties in Oklahoma, 48 states in the U.S., and 13 foreign countries.
