Larry Lyster, owner of all three area Hamlet stores, offers the honey-kissed™ ham that everyone loves.

Make your holiday meals and get-togethers extra easy and extra special with a delicious ham or turkey from The Hamlet. Since 1986, Tulsa area families have enjoyed the exclusive, honey cured, spiral sliced, honey-kissed™ hams that only The Hamlet offers. These hams are always imitated but never duplicated. The Hamlet hams are the real thing!

No holiday would be complete without a turkey. The Hamlet also offers whole smoked turkeys or boneless spiral sliced, all white meat honey-kissed turkey breasts. “Order early to get just the right size ham or turkey you want,” says Larry Lyster, owner of three stores in Tulsa and Owasso. Hams range from 6 to 18 pounds; whole smoked turkeys range from 10 to 16 pounds.

As an added convenience this year, you can also order an irresistible chocolate fudge cake or carrot cake, ready for you to pick up with your ham or turkey at any of The Hamlet locations – 1660 S. Trenton, 9107 S. Sheridan or Smith Farm Marketplace in Owasso. A variety of cookies are available, too, including monster chocolate chip, chocolate crackle, snickerdoodle and oatmeal. All desserts are made from scratch at Lulu’s Sweet Shoppe.

If you want to take the credit for an absolutely decadent dessert, try the pecan pie in a jar or fudge pecan pie in a jar from The Hamlet. A pie couldn’t be any quicker, easier or better. And you can enjoy the applause.

Check out the pancake and muffin mixes for holiday breakfasts, or other foods from Barefoot Contessa, Stonewall Kitchen or Robert Rothschild. The Hamlet also offers its own line of specialty foods to serve or to give. These include products to satisfy everything from sophisticated gourmet tastes to country kitchen comfort cooking: pickled quail eggs, apple butter, sweet baby corn and dilled green beans, to name a few. And the year-round favorite that flies off the shelves – raspberry chipotle sauce to serve over cream cheese or to flavor meats.

Any of these items can form a theme for a customized gift basket, starting at as little as $45. “These are popular corporate gifts locally and to ship anywhere in the country. And we offer corporate discounts to help with budgets,” says Larry. The Hamlet carries a large inventory of made-in-Oklahoma products that are a favorite for shipping out of state, as well as the honey-kissed hams in their distinctive gold wrappers.

You can also call on The Hamlet for a quick party platter when unexpected guests drop in. Whether you want to cook a little, a lot or not at all, The Hamlet can be your biggest holiday helper this year.

Make arrangements now for full service catering, pick ups or personal meal planning. A courteous staff member will go over your needs and come up with the perfect solution. Or stop by any of the three locations. A full lunch menu is available at the 91st & Sheridan and Owasso locations. The 71st & Trenton store offers an abbreviated menu. Besides the Hamlet honey-kissed ham and turkey, they offer a variety of Boar’s Head meats and cheeses, cold sandwiches, grilled sandwiches, wraps, salads, ham and beans, chili and soup.

When you want only the best for family and guests, get a honey-kissed ham from The Hamlet. Call (918) 496-2242 to place your holiday orders for home or business. And don’t forget your chocolate fudge cake or carrot cake for dessert! Holiday store hours are Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
