As the holidays approach, Pastors Billy Joe and Theresa Watts welcome everybody to join The Rock Church for a season that keeps Christ in mind and extends your sense of family. November and December find the activities calendar for The Rock Church full of joy and outreach. With so many options and services held all across the community, the time is perfect for exploring your faith with this diverse and joyous church.

Sundays are always big days at The Rock Church, no matter the time of year. Meeting at the Union Performing Arts Center at 6636 S. Mingo Rd., the church brings a full morning of services.

Each Sunday morning kicks off at 9 a.m. with Connections Classes. These classes welcome those who are interested in becoming members of The Rock Church. Whether you are a new believer, are looking to grow your relationship with God, or feel the calling to become more involved with the ministry, you will find an open seat for you on Sunday mornings as discussions focus on the vision and outreach activities of The Rock Church.

On Sundays at 10 a.m., join The Rock Church for communion and Sunday service. Here, you will be welcomed by a diverse congregation coming together to worship God and share in the love He offers. Do not hesitate to bring the entire family, as childcare is available for infants through fifth graders.

The church has a relatively new youth group, named The Jeremiah Crew 24/7. TJC 24/7 is always engaging in special ministry activities and discussions, designed to enrich their connection with God and build a solid foundation for a successful journey. On first and third Sundays, TJC 24/7 meets at 3 p.m. at The Rock Church office for After Church Together (ACT). On the second Sunday of each month, the TJC 24/7 holds its own service at 10 a.m. at the UPAC. This service is for the youth and led by the youth.

On the first and third Tuesday of each month, coaching with pastor Billy Joe Watts takes place at 7 p.m. These men’s mentoring meetings are designed to address specific men’s topics that range from fatherhood, marriage and society as you walk with God.

Every Wednesday evening at 7 p.m., join them for weekly Bible study at the Union Multipurpose Activities Center, the church’s midweek location at 6636 S. Mingo Rd. Regular followers and new attendees are invited to “come on down and pull up a chair” at these informal study groups. Mark your calendars accordingly, because both Christmas and New Years day fall on Wednesdays this season. You can count on Pastor Watts to bring a special evening for both holidays.

On the first Thursday of each month (November 7 and December 5), join Pastor Theresa Watts for Ladies of Royalty. In these evening meetings, women get together for mentoring and discussion on what exactly it means to be a woman of royalty walking in the promises of God.

On fourth Fridays of the month (November 22 and December 27) The Rock Church conducts outreach at the Tulsa Dream Center, located at the corner of Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd. and 46th Street North. The outreach meetings are designed to offer support for the community and give a sense of the love and togetherness that characterizes the congregation led by Pastors Billy Joe and Theresa Watts.

On second Saturdays (November 9 and December 14), Pastor Billy Joe leads the Men’s Fellowship. This morning service begins at 8 a.m. and will make sure your weekend starts off on the right foot as you tread the righteous path.

Known for his contagious smile and upbeat charm, Pastors Billy Joe and Theresa have established a fun, engaging and diverse congregation. For more information, details of meeting times and a wealth of videos, including live streaming of services, visit www.therockchurchtulsa.org
