Laura Sanders invites you to the Surceé Christmas Open House November 5 through 7.
If you drive by Surceé Home Décor & Gifts in Tyann Plaza and notice the windows covered, don’t worry, they haven’t gone out of business. In fact, just the opposite, according to store owner Laura Sanders, who says they have new merchandise arriving almost daily. “We will be closed Monday, November 2. We’ll lock the doors and cover the windows and totally transform the store in preparation for our Christmas Open House. It’s going to be very exciting.”
The store will reopen on November 3, and shoppers should mark their calendars for the Christmas Open House. Held November 5 through 7, it is the store’s biggest event of the year. Laura says the ladies should be sure to attend the Girls Night on Thursday, November 5 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. to kick off their holiday shopping and enjoy discounts, refreshments and door prizes. The Open House will continue November 6 and 7 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. both days.
This year’s Christmas theme is “Celebrate the Season of Giving,” and Surceé will be filled to the brim with only the best items to help you make quick work of your Christmas gift list. There will be four different themed trees full of beautiful ornaments and Christmas décor available for purchase, gourmet foods, and a special emphasis on wonderful presents for $25 and under. “Great gifts don’t have to be expensive; it really is the thought that counts,” Laura points out.
Surceé makes it easy to be thoughtful, and to find something for everyone on your list, all in one stop. Baby items from Noodle & Boo offer luxurious lotions and bath products, and adorable Cowboys and Sooners onesies help you dress your little fan in style. Colorful nap mats and Peanutshell baby slings keep baby happy and comfortable on the go.
For ladies, there is a variety of stylish bags, clocks, home décor, Lollia lotions and perfumes, and an extensive line of Tyler candles and home products including reed diffusers, mixer melts, Glam wash laundry detergents and much more. Laura explained that many companies limit their products to authorized stores, and “Surceé is the only store in the Owasso area authorized to carry the Tyler candle line. We are also the only store to offer Brighton.”
Brighton luggage, belts, handbags, watches, wallets and jewelry make great gifts. Surceé has expanded their Brighton boutique, and Laura points out that they have a charm bar so you can come in and make custom bracelets or necklaces with beads that reflect the wearer’s interests and favorite colors. Brighton charms are compatible with other charm bracelets but at a more affordable price.
Don’t miss the Surceé Paper Station, featuring personalized note cards, ribbon pads, bag tags, placemats and much more. Free personalization makes these gifts perfect for those hard-to-buy-for people on your list and a great idea for teachers, coaches and newlyweds. “We can monogram just about anything you can think of, with initials, or a business or team name,” says Laura. “Now is the time to place custom orders – before the holiday rush.”
Surceé baby and bridal registries are an easy way to let your loved ones know what you would like for those special occasions, and husbands can be heroes at Surceé by having their wives fill out a “Wish List” for holiday, anniversary or birthday gifts. “Husbands can call ahead and tell us what they would like to spend, and we pull items from the wish list and have it wrapped and ready to go when they arrive,” smiles Laura. “We’ll even bring it out to the car for them.” Complimentary gift wrap is always available to make your gift-giving pain-free.
Surceé Home Décor & Gifts is open Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. They will be open on Sundays from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. starting the weekend after Thanksgiving.
