“I’m not just selling a house, I’m selling a home.” - Dawn Seing
There’s no doubt about it; Broken Arrow is growing rapidly, and it’s a great place to live! Dawn Seing, a Realtor with McGraw, is an expert on all things BA, whether it’s real estate or community news and information.
Dawn and her family have lived in Broken Arrow since 1991 and she has been in real estate for 11 years. A trusted member of the community, she has made it her business to know everything she can about her city so that she can share that knowledge with her customers. The third largest city in the state, Broken Arrow is recognized nationally as one of the safest cities in the country to live in. Dawn is excited about the growth of her hometown and embraces the diversity that is offered there. “It doesn’t feel like a big city,” she said. “People are so friendly here and there is a great sense of community.” Dawn attributes the growth of the city to the quality of life that is offered. “There are good jobs with livable wages and the city works hard to recruit businesses to build in Broken Arrow. There is affordable housing, green initiatives, great education system, and lots to do – we score very high on quality of life,” said Dawn.
Dawn works hard to keep up-to-date on current information and issues, thru involvement and volunteerism with the Broken Arrow Chamber and several non-profit organizations. “I like to be known as the ‘go-to girl’ in our town,” she said. “If you don’t know where to go, or where to find something, call me. If I don’t know, I’ll find out.”
As a Realtor, knowing the city so well has proven successful, focusing primarily on Broken Arrow properties. “I’m not just selling a house,” she said. “I’m selling a home.” Most of the business Dawn receives is from referrals and repeat customers.
Dawn calls the current real estate climate a “fair market,” meaning it is both a buyer’s and seller’s market. Rates are still good for buyers, with personal financial factors dictating interest rates. Properties are moving quickly for sellers. Now is a great time to look at personal real estate considerations.
For those considering selling a home, Dawn doesn’t get in a hurry. “I want to ensure your house is ready to go on the market and make sure you have all the information needed to make an informed decision,” she said. “I want to help you. If it’s not time to sell, we will make sure we take the time to follow the correct steps to sell at the right time for you.”
For buyers, Dawn is eager to ensure that all ends are tied up nicely to make sure the transition is smooth and stress-free. She has even been known to connect out of town buyers with new friends in the area!
Buying or selling a home can be one of the most stressful events in a person’s life but having a Realtor that genuinely cares about customer needs and is willing to go the extra mile to help can make all the difference. It is customer service that she loves the most about real estate. “Customer service is everything,” said Dawn. “People take their business where they are wanted and appreciated.”
