Fay Higinbotham, and owners Monte Whitaker and Ralph Higinbotham.
It’s not usually under the best of circumstances if one needs to visit a collision repair center, and a warm smile at the door can make all the difference on a bad day. Premier Collision center in Broken Arrow has the brightest smile around waiting just inside. Fay Higinbotham is the first face you see when you walk in, and all your worries can be put at ease, because her warmth and that of everyone in the Premier family will make your collision repair needs stress free and enjoyable. They pride themselves on offering the highest level of service with integrity, quality, and many years of combined experience.
Fay’s husband, Ralph Higinbotham, and partner, Monte Whitaker, have been in business together at Premier Collision Center since 2001. With a combined experience of over 50 years in the collision repair industry, they currently find incredible success in referrals and repeat business, because of the professional and courteous service they provide. “We have been thrilled with our customers in Broken Arrow and surrounding areas and are proud that our clients are confident in sending their friends and family to us,” said Fay. Why wouldn’t they? Everyone at Premier treats their customers like family.
There are two estimators onsite to evaluate and assess repair needs, John Harrell and Jeremy Bollinger. John has been in the industry for 20 years, with 7 years in the Premier family. “We care about our customers and want to make sure their car is done right,” said John. “That’s why so many people refer us.” With better color matches and top-quality repair, they also offer a lifetime warranty on work and paint for as long as you own the vehicle. Paint warranties are not often offered by other collision repair shops. There is a sense of community unlike anywhere else at Premier. “Our main thing is customers are our priority #1,” said John.
Jeremy agrees. Jeremy was born and raised in Broken Arrow and has known the Higinbotham’s for over 40 years. He has been working with the family since 2005. When asked what separates Premier from other collision repair centers, he reinforced the sentiment, “We treat everybody like family.” After meeting with John or Jeremy, customers are given a comprehensive list of parts and labor costs to get your vehicle back on the road in excellent condition. They can even provide pick up and delivery service for added convenience.
“You have the right to choose who repairs and restores your vehicle after an accident,” explains Fay. “It’s completely up to you about what company you choose for your collision repairs, not the insurance company.” Need a second opinion? Premier will review your estimate even if it is different than theirs, and fully explain all differences.
For work when the paint on the vehicle has not been compromised, they can offer paintless dent repair. This is convenient for hail damage. The process enables retention of original paint finish without the need for color match or touch up finish painting.
The sense of community and family at the center extends outside of their business, as they have been long-time members of The Better Business Bureau and Broken Arrow Chamber of Commerce, as well as a Partner in Education in Broken Arrow Public Schools. They have an A+ rating with the BBB. Finding a business in this industry that treats its customers with the friendliness and respect that Premier Collision does is rare and genuine. When it comes to dealing with collision repair, that’s when it’s needed the most.
