Consider doing business with an honest professional who can make your home a comfortable retreat at a reasonable cost – Doug Cole at Cole’s Quality Construction.
Making your home your castle isn’t as expensive or bothersome as you might think. The key to the project is hiring the right contractor – somebody who knows what he’s doing, understands the value of someone else’s dollar and respects people’s time and property.
Doug Cole at Cole’s Quality Construction is a great person to call for any new construction, additions or remodels. He has been in the construction business for 20 years, working on commercial and residential projects that range from bridges, schools, churches and grocery stores to room remodels in homes. He has had his own business for the past 10 years.
Recent projects include a $5 million church expansion. But homes have a special place in Doug’s heart and his business. He enjoys making customers’ homes more comfortable and attractive, more energy efficient, and possibly more valuable.
Doug can work on just about any part of a home, inside or outside. He can create a larger living space, add a sunroom, patio, siding, gutters, doors or windows, and convert a garage to a room. He will make your home a peaceful retreat for the family to enjoy, or dress up a tired exterior with greater curb appeal.
Doug’s way of doing business is simple and honest. He knows what a pain home construction projects can be, so he handles each one as though he were doing it for himself. “And I am very picky,” he admits. The smallest details are handled correctly and professionally – checked and rechecked to be sure everything is straight and level – and exactly as ordered. All of the people who work with him have the same professional ethics and skills.
“I don’t try to sell people something they don’t need, or something that’s more expensive,” adds Doug. He listens carefully, writes up a detailed contract, maintains the agreed timeline and keeps in touch every step of the way. Everything is done to the customer’s satisfaction, with the least disruption as possible to everyday life. Doug recalls one family that remained in their home while he worked on a second story expansion.
Doug’s wife Holly and his two sons Jonathan and Joshua often work on job sites to make sure every bit of debris is picked up. Working together is a joy for the family, and it also helps keep down overhead so that customers get surprisingly reasonable prices. You, too, may be pleasantly surprised at how much your dollar will get you when working with Cole’s Quality Construction.
If you have a project in mind or just want to bounce around some “what if” ideas, give Doug a call at (918) 859-3233. “No job is too small,” he says.
