Wow your guests with a beautiful wedding at OK40 Ranch, which includes a new Reception Hall seating up to 275 guests.

One of the most challenging steps in planning a wedding is finding the perfect location, and for several years the Tulsa metro area has been limited to only a handful of places available for such an important event. That’s why Debbie Hunter, owner of Signature Flowers, had the idea to establish a beautiful event center for weddings and other special occasions. “My initial plan was to open a bed and breakfast when a friend asked me to host her wedding at the ranch. It was such a gorgeous ceremony, and working with so many brides at Signature over the years, I knew this was a niche that needed to be filled.”
Debbie has created a stunning option for weddings or other special occasions. The Hacienda Vestibule Grande is 5,800-square-foot, luxurious, one-of-a-kind space. “We’ve also opened a Reception Hall that accommodates up to 275 guests. This space is perfect for receptions, dinner parties and events of all kinds.” Also new, brides have the option of riding in a carriage drawn by Ella, a Gypsy Vanner paint horse.
In addition to weddings and other large events such as church picnics, business retreats, retirement and graduation parties, OK40 Ranch offers romantic getaways for two and relaxing weekends away for small groups of friends. “Whether your party is two people or 250, OK40 Ranch provides the ambiance of a charming B&B with the amenities of a luxurious upscale hotel,” says Debbie.
The tranquil ranch offers 40 acres of walking and riding trails, horseback riding, two stocked ponds for fishing, and a bonfire pit. The newest additions to the ranch is a tepee and two cabins, each sleeping six, for overnight guests. “We are in the middle of nowhere, and that is exactly where we want to be. The stars are clear and bright, and the atmosphere is so peaceful,” says Debbie.
The beautiful Hacienda features vibrant, hip décor, a complete spa room with professional massage available, library, workout room, sauna, hot tub and media room. Overnight guests will enjoy luxury linens, room-darkening shades, 42” plasma televisions, a theater room for movies on demand and High Speed Internet. The Frank Lloyd Wright inspired design of the interior features 26-foot ceilings and solar clerestory windows which maximize the use of sunlight. “You truly get the best of both worlds – sophisticated, modern luxury in a serene country atmosphere,” says Debbie.
OK40 Ranch is located less than 20 minutes south of Bixby. Call now to book your romantic weekend escape, weekend with the girls, or the perfect location for your dream wedding or other special event. Truly a design visionary, Debbie can also provide all-inclusive wedding consultation services.
