The Villas at Bailey Ranch is owned and operated by Case & Associates, and is a member of the Owasso Chamber of Commerce. “Case has been in business since 1983 – we have so much experience,” says Wright, who has over ten years of experience with Case & Associates.

“All of our leasing professionals – Charity Munch, Morgan Gillispie and Kellie Langford – are experienced, wonderful people,” says Wright. “We all love our residents. We do breakfast parties and holiday parties for them. And we’ve teamed up with Bailey Ranch Golf Course to offer specials to our residents – individual and family discounts.

“Our maintenance man is great. He’s very meticulous about his work, and he always goes the extra mile. And we have two landscape engineers who always keep our property clean and looking good. This is a great time to come and see our new spring flowers.”

The Villas at Bailey Ranch offers one-bedroom apartments from 725 to 789 square feet, two-bedroom apartments from 925 to 1,050 square feet, one-bedroom lofts at 805 square feet, and two-bedroom lofts at 1,110 square feet. The Villas at Bailey Ranch has three phases of apartments to accommodate a wide range of budgets. “Our third phase was built in 2007,” says Wright. “It features ceramic tiling, modern, elegant lighting, oak cabinets, and full-size washers and dryers in all units. They’re spectacular. And we have our second pool opening this summer.” Phase I opened in 1999 and Phase II in 2003.

Some features of The Villas at Bailey Ranch include ceramic tile in the kitchens and baths, hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, built-in microwaves, ceiling fans, large walk-in closets, a children’s playground, a 24-hour fitness center, and individual storage areas. Garages are also available for rent. These are oversize, one-car garages with electric overhead doors and storage space. They come with the lofts, but any resident can get one.

“We also offer short-term leases with a monthly upcharge,” says Wright. “This is great if you’re moving or trying to sell a house. We can help with a furnished apartment.”

If you’ve never seriously considered living in Owasso, what you hear might surprise you. “Owasso is great,” says Wright. “It’s a small town with a big town atmosphere. Everything here feels clean, crisp and new. It is growing quickly, and the school system is excellent – for academics and sports. And The Villas at Bailey Ranch is right near the schools. We have a great sense of community here in Owasso, and it’s the perfect place to raise your kids. We have so many locally-owned family businesses, too.”

And Owasso might be closer than you think. “A lot of people think Owasso is far from Tulsa,” says supervisor Jennifer Capron. “But it’s close. You jump on the highway and you’re there.
