Todd Ward, the new Vice President Lending Officer at the Owasso 86th Street branch, offers a wide array of consumer and commercial loans to fit your needs.
Todd Ward, a new RCB Bank Vice President Lending Officer in Owasso, is looking forward to meeting you. Todd attended OSU and has worked in the banking business for 11 years with his expertise in commercial lending for small and large businesses. He is very excited about joining the RCB team.
“I’m in charge of consumer and commercial loans. Consumer loans consist of automobiles, boats, motorcycles, recreational vehicles, or anything a consumer would want to come in and take out a loan for,” Todd explains. “It also entails construction lending for new homes, and as you know, Owasso is just exploding. There’s a lot of real estate construction lending in this area.”
The wide variety of loans available at RCB is good news for someone who is building his or her own home. “We start with a construction loan. Once the house is finished, we roll it over to a 30-year real estate loan. That way the consumer gets the best of both worlds. They get to stay with us from the time they bought the dirt to when they move in and hang all their pictures up,” Todd says with satisfaction.
For new homeowners working with a builder, RCB has good relationships with most of the reputable construction companies in the area and the projects go together easily. RCB’s mortgage department offers long-term loans with lower rates in a friendly atmosphere.
Commercial loans are also available for small or large companies. “For businesses, whether they are just starting out or purchasing an existing business, we can offer an operating line of credit. They may need money for inventory, payroll, or just capital to operate. We offer all kinds of commercial loans,” Todd says.
RCB Bank has a wide array of loan products such as construction, VA, FHA, new, refinance, and rural development loans. But that’s not all.
When you come into any branch of RCB, they know that the customer really matters and they work hard to treat you right.
“We have great customer service. RCB is a small community bank with corporate abilities. Even though we are growing, we still know your kids names,” Todd says, distinguishing the difference between RCB and some of the larger financial institutes.
RCB Bank has many products and services to fit customers financial needs such as Free Business Checking, Free Bill Pay, Free Netteller, Direct Deposit, Sweep Accounts, Wire Transfers, Account View, and 24/7 Internet Access. An added advantage is that they post transactions until 6 p.m. Monday-Friday.
Remote Deposit Capture is RCB’s newest product that allows a business to post their receivables from the convenience of their office. Saving a stamp, gasoline, and time away from the office is a big advantage of Remote Deposit Capture. If the business customer has multiple offices in state or out-of-state, Remote Deposit Capture allows each office to post their checks and view transactions through the Internet.
RCB Bank Owasso has two convenient locations on 86th and 96th Street, close to highway 169. Both are full service banks with experienced bankers who take care of their customers. Each location has full time Home Mortgage Lenders who know about rates, terms and with experienced staff who can get you in your home in a timely manner.
RCB also has branches in Collinsville, Skiatook, Catoosa, Pryor, Inola, and Claremore. Additional branches are now open in Oklahoma City, Edmond, and Ponca City.
