What makes Reveal Salon & Aesthetics stand far above all the rest? Why was it voted Best in the World 2014 by Tulsa World Weekend readers?
Nicole McGinnis, salon owner and licensed aesthetician, says their extraordinary customer service is the answer. “There are lots of places to get hair, nails and skin services,” she says. “But all of us at Reveal are absolutely committed to making each and every client feel special.”
Stylists Shaela Fleig, Stefanie Dawn, Troy Edmonds, Shayna Lee, Jill Curbello and Jennifer Smith, along with master barber DeAllen Brown and nail technician Debbie Edmonds, not only keep up with the latest products and techniques in their professional areas; they take pride in what they do, and have raised the bar on customer service.
Reveal is like a second home to them. Other employees and clients are like family members. Everyone makes it a point to learn clients’ names – all the clients. Debbie Edmonds has been doing nails for over 20 years. Debbie is known for pampering her clients and still works with many of her originals. “They tell me they enjoy the friendliness, and they feel wanted here. They feel special when the stylists or Nicole walk by and greet them by name.”
Customers look good and feel good every time. They’re glad they came. As one customer commented through social media, “As soon as you walk in, you feel at home. They really listen and take the time to make sure you’re happy. You look forward to coming back!”
Nicole says several clients have developed friendships outside the salon as they have gotten to know each other during the same appointment times with different stylists.
One very popular hair service is the Brazilian Blowout. Four certified Brazilian Blowout stylists deliver the most effective professional smoothing treatment available. Another popular option, the Split End Treatment seals frizzy split ends so they look smooth and shiny for weeks.
Nicole, with advanced education in microdermabrasion, chemical peels and acne treatments, specializes in skin care. Her latest offering is a custom blend mineral foundation that can be mixed on the spot to match the client’s skin color. Even clients with conditions such as rosacea can see a big difference with this new product. According to the manufacturer, the formula is 100 percent acne safe and contains ingredients to help reduce inflammation and protect the skin barrier. The foundation is safe for even the most sensitive skin, and is gluten-free and cruelty-free. Nicole says this new custom blend foundation looks great all day long under any condition and feels silky soft.
“So many times ladies, especially, take care of everyone else in their families, but don’t take the time to do anything for themselves,” she says. “We can give her a complete makeover or a simple update.”
Appointments are available Tuesday through Saturday to relax, renew and reveal a great look in hair, nails and skin.
